R	RKO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 全体的に温厚な先生方が多かったです。ヒステリックに怒鳴る先生もいらっしゃいましたが、そのような先生方を“反面教師”とするならば、良い教材となるでしょう。長く人生経験（教師生活）を重ねるほど、慢心、過信、驕りが芽生えてしまうのは無理もないことです。“成熟した大人”を装っても未熟さが露呈してしまうのは仕方のないことです。未熟さへの寛容な態度は持っておくべきでしょう。完璧な人間などいないのですから。今も勤務されているかどうかは分かりませんが、阿部Y先生(女性)が素敵な方だったのを今でも覚えています。誰に対しても謙虚な姿勢を崩さず、感情をむき出しにすることのない理性を持ち合わせていました。“在り方”そのものが教育になっていたように思います。教員免許を有することが、必ずしも優れた人間であることを証明するわけではありません。それは、昨今報じられる教職員の不祥事の数々を見れば明らかです。指導と支配を混同する教師も珍しくはありません。そんな中でも、Y先生のような素敵な先生と出会えたことは幸せだったと思います。教師という立場を抜きにしても、尊敬に値する方でした。 There were many gentle teachers overall. Even so, I think I was happy to meet a wonderful teacher like Mr. Y. Even without his position as a teacher, he was worthy of respect.
