その真向かいで食堂を経営されてお昼のランチタイムは結構なお客様で一杯に成る時も多々あり少し時間をずらせば意外とすんなり入れる時もあります。
おすすめは矢張、製麺所さんですのでラーメン?が一押しですね?

SNS等で優しいあっさりとした味と聞いてましたが
いざ食べると絶妙な塩味で絶品
どことなく中華そばスエヒロにのスープに似ていて
スエヒロ欽明路店(3店舗中1番薄い)より塩味はあると思います
麺もスエヒロに似ていて
The岩国系中華そばでとても美味しかったです

Somehow it resembles Chinese soba Suehiro soup
I think it has a saltier taste than the Suehiro Kinmei Road store (the thinnest of the three stores)
The noodles are similar to Suehiro
The Iwakuni Chinese soba was very delicious

昭和の雰囲気漂う店内は、常連さんと女将さんの和気藹々とした空気が心地良く、なんだか実家に帰ったみたい(^^)
中華そば 550円
中華そばは山口県東部〜広島近郊のエリアで良くみるタイプの豚骨醤油。
スープを一口飲むと予想以上に美味しくて驚きました！！
動物系の出汁は豚骨だけじゃなく鶏ガラも使っている？他にも色んな食材が使われていそうですが私には判別不能。
昔ながらの懐かしい味わいですが、なんと言うか、スープも麺もトッピングも全てがちょうど良くて美味しい(*´꒳`*)
ついついスープまで完飲してしまいました♪
デフォでカタめのストレート麺も美味しかったなぁ。
のどかなロケーション、お店の雰囲気もあわせて凄く良いお店でした！
岩国にも美味しいラーメンが沢山ありますね^ - ^
今後の岩国のラーメン巡りが楽しみになるお店でした。

This is a hideaway store that I really don't want to teach people.
The shop with the atmosphere of the Showa era is comfortable with the regular air of the regulars and the landlady, and it feels like I went home (^^).

Chinese soup is a type of pork bone soy sauce often seen in the area from eastern Yamaguchi prefecture to the suburbs of Hiroshima.
I was surprised when I took a sip of super so that it tasted better than expected! !
Do you use chicken bones instead of pork bones for animal dashi? It seems that various other ingredients are used, so I can't tell.
It's a nostalgic taste from the past, but it's all super, noodles and toppings are all very good and delicious (*'꒳`*)

塩味濃いめのスープに面が良く絡む。これに酢きつめのお稲荷が更に合う。12時前に入店したら店を出る時には順番待ちが出来ていた。
地元に愛されるお店なのだろう。
ごちそうさまでした。
I came to the store in search of ramen that is on the menu only on weekends.
The surface is well entwined with the salty soup. Inari with vinegar is more suitable for this. If I entered the store before 12:00, I was waiting in line when I left the store.
It's probably a shop loved by the locals.

The shop was like a small home, I got the Chuka soba which most people seemed to order. It came out really hot. I enjoyed the atmosphere, I couldn't find the parking. There isn't an English menu.
