★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is a delight, and very reasonable price compared to other places. 5 bbq Oysters for 1500¥ and a bowl of rice with grilled pork and egss for 850¥ plus hot sake for 450¥. We are staying overnight at miyajima so it was a great fund for us. Away from the crowd and rush. Service is great, they have an English menu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bit away from main area of Miyajima so slightly less crowded and inexpensive. The staffs are friendly and the service is very good. Quality of food is also good for the price. They may not have anything extremely rare or surprisingly good. However, as a casual and cozy Japanese restaurant it is recommended. The place offers variety of oyster dishes, but also serve simple Japanese food without oysters. Recommended for both friends and families.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really lovely restaurant away from the bustling crowd in the main street. Has delicious udon, you can pick from tempura prawn, oysters, or other toppings. Outside the shop you will see a whole display of the menu which is lovely and tempting. Menu is available in English and staff was super friendly and helpful. Love it that water is freeflow, gets tiring walking around the island! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the Eel set with rice, chicken egg set, and the oyster udon. The Eel was awesome, tasted like it was cooked on an open flame and the eel sauce was not too sweet, very good balance. The chicken egg rice had sweet onions which really went together well. Service was great, restaurant was clean, and they we toddler accommodating.
