★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 天童市内でもっとも信頼出来る蕎麦屋さん。蕎麦が美味しいのは当然として店内BGM（ジャズ）が心地よく落ち着く。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 山形にしては細く繊細な蕎麦。香り高くコシがあり、とても美味しかった。大盛りでお腹いっぱい。天ぷらもカラッと揚がっていた。蔵の中の部屋は趣きあって良き。
Soba that is fine and delicate for Yamagata. It was fragrant and chewy, and it was very delicious. I'm full with a large serving. The tempura was also crispy. The room in the warehouse is nice and tasteful.

蕎麦は細いながらもしっかりとしたコシがありました。
蕎麦つゆも、出しの香る良いお味でした。
天ぷらは海老が美味しかったです。海老味噌と香りが良かったです。
しかし、揚げたてなのでしょうが、ちょっとサクサク感は弱かったかな？
こちらのお店は、とても接客が丁寧で好印象でした。個室もあり、来客を招く際におすすめ、と思います。
I ate a bamboo steamer.
The buckwheat noodles were thin but firm.
The soba soup also had a nice scented taste.
The tempura was delicious with shrimp. The shrimp miso and fragrance were good.
However, it may have been freshly fried, but wasn't it a little crispy?
This shop was very polite and impressed with the customer service. There is also a private room, which I think is recommended when inviting visitors.

鴨汁せいろと海老天の盛り合わせをいただく。
質の良い鴨肉がゴロゴロ入ったつけ汁、香りあるしなやかな細めの蕎麦。そして、極上の海老天。中はしっとり、外側はパリッと。
注目すべきは、味だけでなく歴史ある建物と蕎麦に合う音楽、そしてスタッフの方々の笑顔。
これが見事に重なり、なんとも言えない雰囲気を醸成。

Nanika is not just delicious
Have a platter of duck soup and shrimp tempura.
Soup with good quality duck meat, fragrant and supple thin soba noodles. And the finest shrimp heaven. The inside is moist and the outside is crisp.
Not only the taste, but also the historic building, the music that goes well with the soba noodles, and the smiles of the staff.
This overlaps perfectly, creating an indescribable atmosphere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ のれんをくぐると歴史を感じさせる雰囲気のある外観。店内は音楽の流れるオシャレなテーブル席です。蕎麦はこだわりをもった納得の美味しさでひと口目のすだちの風味と出汁の美味しさに感動。
接客も感染対策もとてもよくできているなぁと感じました。今度は天ぷらも堪能したいと思います。
The appearance with an atmosphere that makes you feel the history when you pass through the goodwill. The inside of the store is a stylish table seat with music. The soba is so delicious that you will be impressed by the flavor of the first bite of sudachi and the deliciousness of the soup stock.
I felt that the customer service and infection control were very good. Next time, I would like to enjoy tempura as well.

蕎麦も鴨汁も絶品です！
これは人気があるのも頷けます。
今回は天ぷらを食べていないので、次回来たときは天ぷら付きのお蕎麦を食べます！
土曜日11時、開店の直後に入りましたが、もう３組の家族がいました。さすがですね！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いわゆる、山形の太くて硬いお蕎麦じゃないです。
それがすごーく好きです。
山形の太くて硬いお蕎麦は苦手で、細いコシのあるお蕎麦と、ひと手間加えたお蕎麦たちは並んでも食べる価値あり。
いつも止まってる車は県外ナンバーが多く並んでいます。昼時は並ぶのでオープン目指して行くかピークタイム過ぎたあとに行きます。
ご褒美に食べたくなるお蕎麦です。
冬は鴨南蛮、夏はすだちそば、天ぷらもとっても美味しかったです。
