味付けが全体的に塩辛い。画像見ても解る通り、漬物たっぷりな上にオカズも漬けてます。辛子明太子？京料理？？(外人さんには是非関西で)
バサバサのオカラを箸で食べるのは至難の業。(上品ぶって皿を持ち上げましたが、正解が解らない。)
深鉢に入った温泉玉子も箸で鋭角に摘まんで食べるしかない難易度の高さ(スプーンも無し。出汁巻きですらないのかとツッコミつつ京料理とは？と一考する)。
味噌汁は、京料理と言うより家庭的な懐かしさを感じる麩と味噌、、、(出汁は？)
ついでに個人の感想を書くと梅昆布茶はもっと軟水で作って下さい(昆布？？え？)。鮭は中辛ですがホクホクして皮まで美味しかったです。お米も海苔も美味しいです。

It is hard to eat Okara of the bashambasa with chopsticks. (I picked up the dish elegantly, but I do not understand the correct answer.)
The hot spring egg that entered the deep bowl is also difficult to eat by chopsticks with chopsticks at elevation (there is no spoon, whether it is even soup roll or not, and what is Kyoto dish?).
Miso soup seems to be familiar nostalgic rather than Kyoto cuisine and miso ,,, (Is the soup stock?)
In addition, if you write personal impressions please make ume kelp tea with more soft water (kelp ????)? The salmon was medium in spicy but it was delicious up to the skin. Both rice and seaweed are delicious.

スタッフのかたが事前に結納の進行表や挨拶文などを送ってくださり、ここでたくさんのお祝い事が生まれたのだと嬉しく感じました。当日も、事前に打ち合わせで丁寧に教えていただいたようです。
結納の司会もスタッフのかたがしてくださいました。結納品とともに写真撮影をしたのですが、帰りにはプリントしたものを頂いてとても嬉しく思いました。
料理も美味しく、上品な雰囲気もとても心に残っています。

格式あるホテルのサービスを感じられました。
スタッフさんが感じ良いです。
お茶を惜しみなく入れてくれます。
料理の味もさることながら、味も美味しく、満遍なく色んな和食を楽しめました。
獺祭アイスも美味しかったです。栗ご飯とお味噌汁のお代わりOKなのも嬉しかったです。
窓際だとみなとみらいを一望できて、景色も良いです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチで雅コースを利用。あの味と量で税サービス料(ホテル内なので)4600円はとってもお得カウンター席しか予約取れなかったけど、若い板前さんの接客はすばらしい。山下公園付近でお食事なら是非行ってみてください。
