★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お店はこじんまりしていて静かです。
カウンター席でした。
巨峰や梅干しの天ぷらが珍しく意外なところからかなり美味しかったです。
すっぽんのスープも美味しかったです。
天ぷらのミシュランコースだったかな。かなりボリュームありお腹いっぱいになりました。
天ぷらを目の前で揚げてくれるので説明付きでもちろん美味しいのですが、ただコートやマフラー髪の毛まで油の匂いがついてしまい数日たってもファブリーズしても取れません。
今は安い居酒屋や焼き肉店でも上に布など覆ってくれたり別の場所に保管してくれますからミシュラン店ならばそれくらい用意してもさほどの経費かからないのでは？と感じました。
次があるならば適当な服を着ていくしかないですね。

The soft-shelled turtle soup was also delicious.
Was it a Michelin course of tempura? It was quite voluminous and I was full.
Of course, the tempura is fried in front of you, so it's delicious with explanations, but the coat and muffler's hair also smells of oil, and even after a few days, it can't be removed by Febreze.
Nowadays, even cheap izakaya and yakiniku restaurants cover the cloth with cloth or store it in another place, so it wouldn't cost much to prepare it at a Michelin restaurant. I felt that.
If you have the next one, you have no choice but to wear appropriate clothes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 母と天麩羅の料理長コースで行きました。店内は冷房がかなり強くて、寒い旨を伝えたらブランケット等の手配をして頂きました。
コースで出して頂いたタイミングはとても素晴らしかったです。
全てのお料理は盛り付けも素晴らしく、料理長自らお料理の説明も受け、帰宅の際もお見送りして頂き満足しました。
たくさんの量でお腹がいっぱいになり、
後半は食しきれませんでした…
デザートには西瓜が出ましたがいちばんの苦手でした。
締めのデザート、食べれなかったのが残念ですがそれは我儘にしか過ぎませんので…
また母と、旦那様と行きたい場所です。

All the dishes were served wonderfully, and the chef himself gave me an explanation of the dishes, and I was happy to see him off when I got home.

Watermelon was served for dessert, but I was not good at it.
It's a pity that I couldn't eat the final dessert, but it's just selfish ...

コースで予約していたにも関わらず、入店からしばらく放置され、３回「飲み物お伺いしましたか？少々お待ちくださいませ」と言われた。
しばらく待っていると、飲み物の注文さえしてないのに、前菜盛り合わせがきた。飲み物注文してなくて乾杯もできないのに、コースの確認とか最低限の挨拶さえもなく、である。
お客さんが多いのは人気の証拠とは思うが、スタッフがお客様の食べる速度について文句を言っていたり、マネージャと思われる男性が別なスタッフに明らかに嫌味を言っていたり、カウンターで聞かされてしまうので、残念で不愉快なことが多かった。
その後も、どうしたらこんな薄く切れるのだろうと言うような薄さの和牛や温めても開かない蛤の鍋など、料理の品質もいまいち極まりない。高級店とは言えない。
お会計を済まし、コートなどを返してもらい、退店の際も挨拶もなく、階段を上がって扉を出る直後くらいに追いかけてきて、ありがとうございました、と挨拶はされているものの、お客さんが扉を過ぎた瞬間くらいにはとって返して戻っていた。お見送りする、という気持ちがあるわけではなく、作業としてやっているに過ぎないということがよくわかった。
流しで入るならよいが、わざわざコースを予約して入るような店ではない。これから予約されようとしている諸賢には、注意されたし。

Even though I had made a reservation for the course, I was left for a while after entering the store and was told three times, "Did you ask for a drink? Please wait a moment."
After waiting for a while, I got an appetizer platter even though I hadn't even ordered a drink. Even though I couldn't make a toast without ordering drinks, there was no confirmation of the course or even a minimum greeting.
I think the large number of customers is proof of popularity, but the staff complains about the speed at which customers eat, the man who seems to be the manager clearly dislikes another staff, and he is told at the counter. It was unfortunate and unpleasant in many cases.
Even after that, the quality of the dishes is not so good, such as the thin Wagyu beef that I wonder how it can be cut into thin pieces and the clam pot that does not open even when warmed. It's not a luxury store.
Although the customer said thank you for paying the bill, returning the coat, etc., and chasing after going up the stairs and exiting the door without greetings when leaving the store. By the moment I passed the door, I took it back and returned. It was well understood that I didn't feel like seeing off, but just doing it as a task.
It's okay to enter by sink, but it's not a store where you bother to reserve a course. Be careful of the wise men who are about to make a reservation.
