★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 『鬼滅の刃』で主人公の竈門炭治郎が修行の最後に斬った岩に似ているので訪れてみました。
モデルになった岩は奈良県の一刀石と言われていますが、神行堂山麓の巨石も刀で斬った様な亀裂とその大きさから認知されれば一気に訪れる人が増えると思います。
神行堂山麓の巨石は、通過儀礼の場として用いられ、悪心がある者が岩の間を通ろうとすると隙間が狭まり通れなかったと言われているそうです。
岩を回り込み、岩の上に出て、亀裂に入る事が出来ます。
無事に亀裂を通り抜ける事が出来ましたが、岩の下に行くほど隙間が狭くなり、細身であっても大人が抜けるには若干苦労します。
美しく並んだ木々の中に迫力のある巨石が鎮座する素晴らしい場所です。
巨石へ続く道の手前に2台ほど停める事の出来る駐車スペースがあります。
I visited it because it resembles the rock that the main character, Tanjiro Kamado, cut at the end of his training in "Kimetsu no Yaiba".
The rock that became the model is said to be a sword stone in Nara Prefecture, but if the giant stone at the foot of Mt. Shinkodo is recognized for its size and cracks that look like they were cut with a sword, I think that more people will visit at once.
The giant stone at the foot of Mt. Shinkodo is used as a place for rites of passage, and it is said that when a nauseous person tried to pass between the rocks, the gap narrowed and he could not pass through.
You can go around the rock, get out on the rock, and enter the crack.
I was able to pass through the crack safely, but the gap becomes narrower as I go under the rock, and even if it is slender, it will be a little difficult for adults to get out.
It is a wonderful place where powerful giant stones sit among beautifully lined trees.
There is a parking space where you can park two cars in front of the road leading to the megalith.
