H	Hiroko SATO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 小出の生モツ焼きの名店、やまにさんに。名物の「シロ」は、いくら食べても飽きない不思議な食べ物。レバーは自分史上最高、香りはあるけど臭みはない、フワフワスフレのよう。〆には常連さんオススメのおにぎり(スジコにタラコ)。地酒の鶴齡八海山緑川も堪能しまくり。こちらにお邪魔するためだけに小出駅近くにホテルをとって来ましたが、来られて本当に良かった！今年一番のホルモン日和になりました。あぁ、ご近所に引っ越したい To Yamani-san, a famous restaurant of Koide's raw offal grilled.
