衛生面でも、七輪を置く真上に多分ダクトだと思うんですけど、そこから油がポタポタ垂れてきたりしてて拭いたら真っ黒な油がべったりくっついたので、こんなところでもう食べたくありません。二度と行かないです！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ まず、肉は完全なクズ肉！あ客さんを連れて行き恥をかいた！スフとドリンク飲み放題はコーラーの原液が切れたので提供出来ないとか、頼んでもなかなか運んでくれず、料理やドリンクを運ぶ人は、このコロナで気を使う義務があるのにスープやりょうりにを置くときに皿の中へ指が入りその上テーブルに置く時にドンと大きな音が出るまるで東南アジアの三流店の置き方！高野地区の焼肉店は従業員の質、料理共に驚くほどの超最低レベルで嘆かわしいです。こんな店へは二度と行きませんが、早く店を畳んで京都から消えて下さい。
6人で行き、全員が同じ様な嫌な思いをしたので代表で投稿します。ロイヤル本当に最低店でした！

一番初めの何も焼いてない状態の網がものすごく汚かった。
まるで何回か焼いて変えてもらうレベルの状態。
ショートカットの女性の店員さんに、「汚いんですけどそういうものですか？」というと、「これが普通です」の一点張り。
でも明らかに汚いので変えてくださいとお願いすると、渋々な感じでバックヤードに七輪ごと持っていき、すぐに帰ってきて机にドンっと七輪を置かれました。
しかし網は変わった様子のない汚い網のままでした。
え、本当にこれが普通なの？と思いましたが、夫も私もそれ以上何も言えず、仕方なくおしぼりで軽く拭いてからお肉を焼きました。
しばらくしてから網を変えてもらおうと、先程の方とは違う男性の店員さんに網替えをお願いしたら、次はとても綺麗な網が来ました。
びっくりしました。
一番初めの汚い網はなんだったんでしょうか…？
不衛生にも程があります。
ものすごく気分が悪かったです。
他にもドレッシングが残り少なくほぼ油しかない状態のがきたり、不審な点が多かったです。
これから来られるお客さんの為にも改善されたほうがいいと思います。
私たちはもう行かないと思いますが…。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 単品で肉を頼みました。サシも入っていて分厚い肉は柔らかく大変美味しかったです。店長おすすめの極厚タンは薬味も美味しくて最高でした。
他の方の口コミを見ると薄いとか美味しくないとかの書き込みがありましたが、多分食べ放題を食べられたのかな？と感じました。食べ放題の肉を食べて云々言うべきではないと思います。
