The okonomiyaki here is a Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki, where an aunt is baked alone. The soba modern grill was very delicious. Please go there once.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 豚玉もだんを頂きました。薄く伸ばした生地の上に、袋から出した焼きそばをほぐさずに乗せ、更にざくぎりのキャベツ、太もやし、豚肉、天かすを乗せてから裏返して焼きます。割と大雑把な感じがしましたが、出来上がりは、野菜がしっかりと蒸し焼きにされ、豚肉はカリカリで大変美味しいなぁと思いました。
入口の暖簾にはフクスケソース。倉敷鉱泉さんのソースになります。まろやかでコクのあるソースは好みですね。
I also got a pork ball. Place the yakisoba from the bag on the thinly stretched dough without loosening it, then add the cabbage, bean sprouts, pork, and tenkasu, and then turn it over and bake. It seemed rather rough, but when it was finished, the vegetables were thoroughly steamed and the pork was crispy and very delicious.
Fukusuke sauce is used for the curtain at the entrance. It will be the source of Mr. Kurashiki Kosen. I like the mellow and rich sauce.
