そば入りのモダン焼き以外にも関西風のお好み焼きもあります。
単品で頼むのもいいけどセットメニューがお得。
メイン+サイドメニュー+ソフトドリンクで夜でも1000円。
お店はカウンター席とテーブルと掘りごたつがあります。フラッと行っても入れるけど、土曜日の夜は予約した方がいいかもしれません。
お好み焼き以外のメニューも豊富で、お刺身や鉄板焼きやサラダなども充実しています。
お好み焼きももちろん美味しいですが。さきいかの天ぷらがとても美味しいです♪

関西風お好み焼きは以前は粉っぽさがあったのですが、最近はふわふわ感も出てきておいしくなりました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 連日の猛暑だが、思ったほど食欲は落ちません。まだバテてないのか。暑くてもソースの香りは食欲を増進させる魔法の香水！？^^;久しぶりのお好み焼いこや訪問です。
１人はカウンター席の端っこ、テレビでオリンピック競泳の個人メドレー決勝！録画放送です。奥にはテーブル席がありますが、テレビは見れそうにないです。
メニューを見ると広島風と関西風のお好み焼き二刀流だが、居酒屋メニューやランチメニューがこんなにあったかな！？と思わせるレパートリー。昼ごはん前だが、夜飲みの計画を立てたくなりました。注文は、広島風豚モダン焼と決めてます。
カウンター席からは一般的なお好み焼き屋と違って鉄板が見えませんが、カウンター越しに店主さんがしっかり調理してくれます。暫くすると、鉄板に乗って登場の久々のいこやモダン焼は、中央がこんもり盛り上がった広島風。丁寧に焼かれてます。
美味い。(^^)
慌てて単品で注文したが、ランチメニューで＋１００円のサラダを付ければ～かった～^^;
台湾料理あじ仙のあと入居されたので、もう長い間営業されてると思いながら店主に尋ねると、１７年になるとのこと。丁寧な仕事が人気の秘訣でしょうな。やはり忘れないうちに、夜飲みの計画をしましょうかな。
