美味しい方だと思うが、衛生面が最悪。
至るところがベタベタでこぼれたりおとしたまま。
ソース類等テーブルも、ナイロン座布団？の調味料も前客のまま消毒も交換、拭き作業もない。鉄板の机もヘラと雑巾の様にしか見えない台拭き？のみでさらっと拭う程度の掃除で案内するのでこのご時世であっても、気を付けたり改善はない。
時間はかかるが、余り飲食店がない地域なので、客はテイクアウト含む待ちは常にある。

正午前に滑り込んで正解！
午後からの玉島の業務の前に昼にしましょう。新倉敷駅前の区画整理事業が始まる前から、この近辺で焼き鳥屋といえば「鳥田金」、お好み焼き屋といえばここ「どん」ですね。昭和から平成へ遷るバブル期から来てたかな。お好み焼きを外で食べるなら専ら広島風ばかりだが、こちらへ来る時はやはり関西風のふっくら感を求めて来ます。
夜は３世代ファミリー客も多いが、お昼時、今日は珍しくサラリーマンの男性客の姿がなく、おばちゃま軍団が座敷を占拠してますな。鉄板前に１人着席です。
注文はぶた玉モダンのそば、注文と同時にすぐ焼きに取りかかってくれてますので、今日は以外と早く焼き上がりそうです。
それにしても久しく来てなかったのだが、焼き手が娘さんでしょうか、大将の姿が日当たらなかったのだが、しばらくしてると奥から出て来られました。今は裏方さんになったんでしょうか。
蓋をしてじっくり蒸し焼きなので、出来上がりまで待ち遠しいが、目の前で完成までしっかり見られます。(^^)焼きあがりはいつも通りのふっくらお好み焼きです。
鉄板ではとうふが次々に焼かれてます。おでん用の焼き豆腐を作ってるようで、なるほどやはり鉄板は便利ですな。
お会計は大将にして頂きました。元気そうで何よりです。

It's steamed slowly with a lid, so I can't wait until it's finished, but you can see it right in front of you. (^^) The grilled okonomiyaki is the usual plump okonomiyaki.
Tofu is baked one after another on the iron plate. It seems that you are making yaki-dofu for oden, and the iron plate is really convenient.
The accounting was done by the general. It looks fine and above all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久しぶりの来店。コロナ感染対策も万全(アクリル仕切り等)で安心出来る店内。相変わらず丁寧な焼きかた。裏方さんが一人前の分量も計量しながらの準備でばらつきも無く！？そこまでするのかと疑問には思いながらも満足な味。
PayPayも使える便利なお店。
