★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この暮に、かけ蕎麦を、大事に少しずつ食べました。遥か昔に、一杯のかけ蕎麦と、言う、涙無しでは、語れない、話しが、ありましたが、後に、全部デタラメの、嘘話に、小生の流した涙と、感動を、返せ!!と、なった事が、懐かしいです。

美味しい！
ここの男性店員の接客態度が良くない。無愛想でやる気のない感じが気に入らない。味噌汁がお湯だった。ただ味噌の色がついてるだけって感じ。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 山田うどんというと申し訳ないですが３０年位前のトラッカーが夜中にガーっと来てガーっとうどんかっ込んでガーっと出発するところというイメージでしたが、たまたま歩いていて彩り野菜のメニューのポスターが貼ってあるのを見てびっくりでした。つられて入ったら他にも良い感じのメニューがたくさんあってさらにびっくりで、他の定食系のお店よりも良いかもです。彩り野菜の黒酢合えは味も濃すぎず美味しかったです。
久しぶりに再訪、他の支店で野菜そば食べましたが美味しくて、野菜炒めも美味しそうなのですが、さんざん迷って結局前回と同じ黒酢あんかけ定食に。 他でのそばが美味しかったので今回そばをを追加してみましたが量が多すぎてまいりました（笑

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ たぬき蕎麦を食べましたが他の山田うどん店と比べてもかなり味が濃いです。薄め好きの方には無理そうです。

お供は定番のかき揚げ丼。
肝心の蕎麦ですが、腰がやや増したような気がする。
いい意味で流水麺の上位互換でした。
今までうどんばかり食べてきたけど、これからは蕎麦と悩むようです。

お味も美味しい。やっぱりうどんが好きです。汁まで飲み干しちゃう。
接客は人によりけりで、良い人もいれば微妙ない人も…。まあ、そこはあまり期待してないので、気にしません。
