i	innu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 絶対毎回なにがしかやらかす店舗。無事に来たことあるか？ってくらい。オーダー間違いは日常茶飯事、５回中４回くらい間違える。オーダー間違いする→電話する→代わりのものを持ってくる→１時間くらいかかるこの前はオーダー間違いしてると電話したらあとで代わりのものを持っていくとの事→忙しいからやっぱり行けないとかいう連絡w もう届いたものでいいですと言って電話を切ったものの、調べたら差額が発生してることが判明こちらから言ってやっと返金…。また、置き配じゃないのに（毎回オーダーを間違われるので確認するようにしている）、置き配にされてて玄関でたら玄関先に置かれてて「えっ？？」ってなった。嘘でしょ？渡しに来る時もすごいサービスわるい、あいさつ出来ない、注文の確認もしない、愛想がないってレベルじゃない、クレジットで払ってても金額要求されるなど、もう本当に書ききれないくらい…。人手不足なのかなんなのか、教育がなにもなってない。本社にクレーム電話かけようと思います。 A store that absolutely does something every time. 光	光央 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最近利用したけど太めの女性店員に普通の生地で頼んだピザの生地が一部通常の厚みだったもののあとの９０%位は極薄パリパリの煎餅みたいな縁の部分と下地の部分もチーズしかないと思う位極薄にされました。それでも買った商品に手違いがあった時の客の対応は特に責任者の店長はちゃんとした対応でした。返金かもう一度作り直します、と言ってある種の神対応でした。その時はチーズの量がいつもより明らかに少なかった理由でした。それでも素晴らしい対応だったので気持ち良く、また宜しくねーと言って店をあとにしました。ただ残念なことにこの店舗の店員に色々問題ありそうです。位置的によく利用した店舗だったけどこうも連続で問題発生すると今後は要注意店舗として警戒体制にならざるを得ない。店長さんの神対応に星４つ挙げたい山々な気持ちの反面、店員の問題の件があるから。正直感想は店長さん、もうちょっと店員の教育しっかりして下さいー、と言う思い一つです。前回のチーズの量事件の時もピザを渡したごくせんのくまと呼ばれてた奴に似てる男性店員があり得ない対応？口の利き方した。本当にそのオマエに言うけどよー客の対応の仕方もう一回研修した方がいいよ。 I recently used it, but I asked a thick female clerk to use ordinary dough. It was good that it was finished early lol (￣∇￣ ) If it's crispy, it's too thin and unsatisfactory, so I recommend craft cloth. ?
ジ	ジンバマサイ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 友人宅に遊びに行くと友人が注文します｡毎回、何かをやらかす店です。 ①時を間過ぎても来ない、やっと友人宅に来たと思ったら(監視カメラで見ていたのです)デリバリーが小銭を忘れて断りもなく店に取りに帰る｡そしてもっと待つ事に。 ②いつもピザは雑に作って持ってくる。 ③箱の蓋を閉めないのでピザが箱から出ている写真あり。 ④適当に切り分けている(みな同じ大きさに切り分けにできないできていない)写真あり。 ⑤切り分けの大きさがみんな違う写真あり ⑥クワトロ４を注文したのにクワトロ3になっている ●箱からピザが出ている！！ままデリバリー写真あり。 ⑦違うピザなのに具材が隣の上に乗っていてどれがどれなピザなのかわからない ⑧下まで切らないからピザが剥がれない ⑨サイドメニューの箱がいつも開いている ⑩バイト?電話対応が悪すぎる ●友人は店主に苦情を話したが､改善されず、店主経営者は友人宅に謝罪に来たことがない来ない。今日、マネージャーが来た。感情なく棒読みの「すいませんでした」で呆れるよ。 ◎私だったらこんなクソ店は使わないのですけど、友人が言うには田舎だからここしか配達しないから仕方なく注文しているのだそうです。写真あります！ 3つとも違う日です。 ●どこかのピザの会社の皆樣へ…この地域で店を開店してください。 When I visit my friend's house, my friend orders it. Too bad phone response ● A friend complained to the shop owner, but it was not improved and the owner of the shop owner never came to a friend's house to apologize. The manager came today. T	T on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this place! They do delivery and often has coupons. They usually have 50% off coupons every other month or so. They initially were very skanty with their toppings (think one pepperoni per slice), but luckily the chief has changed! My pizza pies come googey with cheese and has a perfect amount of toppings. The people who do the delivery are professional and extremely fast too!
