名前はユニークですが、「吟醸しか造らない、手造りでしか造らない」を守り続けているこだわりの酒造です。
味は辛口ですっきり滑らか、さりげない吟醸香がふわりと鼻に抜けます。
とても飲みやすいのでクイクイいってしまいます。
今回は冷やして飲みましたが、寒くなったら常温でもぬる燗でも美味しくいただけそう。
720mlで1,100円と値段も手頃。
普段飲みにちょうど良い、気取らないお酒です。
The sake I drank today is "Popular Ichi" (Ao Popular Ginjo) from "Popular Sake Brewery" in Nihonmatsu City, Fukushima Prefecture.
Although the name is unique, it is a discerning sake brewery that continues to adhere to "only ginjo is made, only handmade".
The taste is dry and smooth, and the subtle ginjo scent comes out softly in the nose.
It's very easy to drink, so it's easy to drink.
I drank it chilled this time, but if it gets cold, it will be delicious at room temperature or with lukewarm sake.
The price is reasonable at 1,100 yen for 720 ml.
An unpretentious liquor that is just right for everyday drinking.
