水へのこだわり
阿武隈山系の伏流水を使用しています。
阿武隈山系の山並から豊かな恵みをいただき、「地酒 三春駒」は醸し出されます。
米へのこだわり
大吟醸には兵庫県産山田錦使用しています。
山田錦は酒造好適米の代表にも挙げられており、高い評価のあるお米です。
粒が大きく、張りがよく、心白（しんぱく）が中心部に鮮明に出ているのが特徴です。
純米酒には五百万石と美山錦を使用しております。
また、佐藤酒造では現在、三春町内の農家と契約し、町内産の五百万石も使用を開始しています。

Commitment to water
We use underflow water of Abukuma mountain range.
The local sake Miharu Koma is brewed with the rich blessings of the Abukuma Mountains.
Commitment to rice
Hyogo Ginza Yamada bowl is used for Daiginjo.
Yamada is also mentioned as a representative of sake-making rice, and it is highly regarded rice.
It is characterized by large grains, good tension, and clear whiteness in the center.
We use five million stones and Miyama mochi for pure rice wine.
In addition, Sato Shuzo currently contracts with farmers in Miharu-machi, and has begun using the five million stones produced in the town.

地元の酒屋さんからのお歳暮と言う事で
(ちょっとしか買ってないんどけど…)頂きました?大変有り難い?
只でさえ盛り上がってたのに(笑)?
会話が途切れない程の旨さに驚きを隠せない一時に笑顔が溢れ出る?
味に旨味の深みと幅がシッカリと感じられる晩品！
２０２１締めくくりは三春駒の清酒にて身を清められた感じが良い思い出です❇️
