★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 数ヶ月前、ヤマダオリジナルのハンディ掃除機のエレメント？名称わからなくてすみません!!これを2個買いに行ったら、倉庫係の間違いで、倍額の料金を請求されました！頭に来て当時の主任、副店長を呼んで苦情を言いました！副店長は対応悪くてダメでしたが、主任(土屋さん)は自腹切って、商品は無料でお持ち帰り下さい。不快な思いをさせたお詫びです。と、素晴らしい対応でした。土屋さんに、副店長になってほしいです。お客さんの立場に立って考えて行動してくれる本当に人間として素敵な方です。土屋さんが居る店なら、また買い物に行きます‼️ 副店長はカスです。1年くらい経ちました。

The deputy store manager was not good at dealing with it, but the chief (Mr. Tsuchiya) should take it home for free. This is an apology that made me feel uncomfortable. It was a wonderful response. I want Mr. Tsuchiya to become a deputy store manager. He is a really nice person who thinks and acts from the customer's point of view. If Tsuchiya is in the store, I will go shopping again! ️ The deputy store manager is Kas. It's been about a year.

接客もしていなかったので、話しかけたら笑顔もなく、後回しにされ私からしたら気分よく買い物できませんでした。決算の時は安くなるので 別のヤマダに行きます゜
