店員さんとすれ違った時に無言でびっくりしましたが、コロナなので挨拶はしない感じなんでしょうか? 店員さんが歩いてきたので、私は癖で避けてしまったのですが、 避けるのは私?と思いつつも店員さんはズカズカ歩いて行ったので忙しかったのでしょうか?

先日、冬支度の為、ラグが欲しくて来店しました。沢山あるラグの中から、予算にあったラグをゲット出来ました。とても暖かくて、こたつとの相性バッチリでした。

くろがねやの?️駐車場北側部分に、リバーサイドから移転してオープン‼️ 案の定、オープン直後はニトリの駐車場だけでは足りず、くろがねやの駐車場にも置き放題でした! お店は一応2階建てですが、大型店みたいに広く無いので、全体的に品数も限られている感じでした⁉️

2階家具売り場の店員さんに、とても丁寧に対応していただきました。2回訪問し、それぞれ別の店員さんでしたが不明な点や細かな質問にも丁寧に答えていただいたので、安心して購入する事が出来ました。 購入後の配送員の方も(委託の業者さんとの事でしたが)、とても気持ちよく作業していただいてありがたかったです。
The clerk at the furniture section on the 2nd floor responded very politely. I visited twice and each was a different clerk, but I was able to purchase with confidence because I was able to answer any questions or detailed questions carefully. I am grateful that the delivery staff after the purchase (although it was a contractor) worked very comfortably.

変わったものを購入できるので利用します。ただ店員さんの態度が人によって全然違いびっくり。価格変更してあったものを購入しようとレジへもっていくと通常料金でレジが通ったので、金額が違うのでは?と伝えたところ「別の商品と間違えてるのでは?こちらへ来てください」と言われ売り場へ。売り場には確かに値引かれた金額表示で私が持っていった商品が並んでいましたがそれをみて「品番が違いますね」の一言。いや、さすがにこちらも間違えて陳列してるとも思わないし、品番と価格を照らし合わせてまで買い物はしません。 最初にこちらを完全に悪者にした態度がとても不愉快でした。 以前家具をみたときに接客してくださった方はとても丁寧に話を聞いてくださったので人によって全然違います。 接客に期待せずに買い物するにはいいと思います。

たまに利用します。安くて素敵な物が多くて好きなのですが、店員さんの対応はあまり良いと感じた事がありません。 今日行ったら客が近くにいるにも関わらず、私語を辞めない女性店員達がいました。ややガラの悪い今どきな感じの口調で、仲の良い友達と話すようにずっと話していました。客の横を通り過ぎる時はトーンアップして「いらっしゃいませ〜」と言っていましたが、ヤンキーみたいな口調で話してるのを聞いたあとでは印象は良くはなりません。客が近くにいる時は私語は辞めるのは接客の基本ではないかと思います。 また、レジはやや高齢の女性でしたが、愛想のない対応でした。急いでいて店内ではレシートを確認し忘れたのですが、心配になってあとでレシートを見たらレジ袋が1枚しか買ってないのに2枚請求されていました。対応が良い店員さんならそれくらい全く気にならないだろうけど、あの対応で余計に請求されるとたったの5円といえどちょっと嫌ですね。わざわざ返金してもらいに行くとガソリン代だけでそれ以上かかってしまうしその場でレシートを確認し忘れた私も悪いので今回は勉強代として諦めますが、今後は必ずレシートはチェックしようと思います。 お手頃な価格帯のお店なので店員のレベルは期待しない方が良いのかもしれませんが、ここに限らず接客が嫌だったら辞めたらどうでしょう?という店員は本当に多いですね。接客嫌なら人と関わらない仕事して欲しいものです。

I think it is the basis of customer service to quit private language when customers are nearby. Also, the cashier was a slightly older woman, but she was unfriendly. I was in a hurry and forgot to check the receipt in the store, but when I was worried and looked at the receipt later, I was charged two even though I bought only one plastic shopping bag. A clerk with a good response wouldn't mind that much, but I don't like the extra charge of 5 yen for that response. If I go to the trouble to get a refund, it will cost more than just the gasoline fee and I forgot to check the receipt on the spot, so I will give up as a study fee this time, but I will definitely check the receipt in the future .. It may be better not to expect the level of the clerk because it is a reasonably priced shop, but if you don't like customer service, why not quit? There are really many clerk. If you don't like serving customers, I would like you to work without interacting with people.
