★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 購入した鉢植えが、みるみる枯れたようになり、アドバイスを受けに来店。何が悪いのかプロの意見を聞きベランダで養生させて、玄関用に代わりのものを購入予定でした。。社員と名乗る女性が「基本的に一旦購入したものはお客さんの責任」と、まるで輩が返品に来たような態度。終始不愉快な思いをしました。パートの方は真摯に対応してくださっただけに、とても残念です。
