★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鬼滅の刃Tシャツを買うために朝から並んだ。同一商品は1人2点となっていたのでそれを守ったつもりだったが「同じ品番のものは絵柄が違っても同じとカウントするため個数オーバー。分かりにくくてすみません」と言われ返品させられた。「では違うものをまた選びます」と伝えると並び直しを要求され大変不愉快な思いをしました。

お値段もリーズナブル
お気に入りの店舗で 昔から利用していて
昨日は久々に来店し 2〜3点購入した際 コロナで新しいレジサービスになっており 操作方法に手間取ったりしていたのですが レジをしていたスタッフの接客対応の酷さにはビックリ！！
長年 利用させていただいて あんなに気分を悪くしたのは初めてです

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 客をにらみつける女レジには呆れた。店員の数は多いが、客に感じ良く対応するな、とでもマニュアルにあるのかというほど態度が悪い。ここはお店じゃない。ただの洋服の倉庫。倉庫に客が来てて、店員は接客対応なんて習ってないから知らない、え？在庫ですか？ーーーという感じ。
思うに、経験値の浅い人ばかりで構成されてて指導者がいない。統制がとれてない。これじゃ内部の人間関係もわるいしクレームも多いだろう。実際に、元気な店員なんかいない。暗いし、無愛想だし、疲れ果ててる。
商品は生地が薄いし、買う前から伸びてる。数回洗濯したら、ヨレヨレになるんじゃないかというくらい伸びてる。使ってる生地、型がおかしい。こんな店よくもってるな。なにひとつ良いところがない。
I was amazed at the female cashier who stared at the customer. There are a lot of clerk, but the attitude is so bad that it is in the manual, even though it does not respond to customers comfortably. This is not a store. Just a clothes warehouse. Customers come to the warehouse, and the clerk doesn't learn how to serve customers, so I don't know, huh? Is it in stock? It feels like.
I think it's made up of inexperienced people and no leaders. Out of control. With this, the internal relationships will be bad and there will be many complaints. In fact, there is no cheerful clerk. It's dark, unfriendly, and exhausted.
The product is thin and has grown even before it was bought. After washing a few times, it's growing to the point that it's going to get twisted. The fabric and mold used are strange. I often have a store like this. There is nothing good about it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 品揃えが豊富です。今アルパークが改装中なので、最盛期からすると店舗数がビックリするくらいの少数になっていますが、お客さんがとても少なくて、ゆっくりゆったりと商品を見て回れます。
再び買い物が楽しくなるショッピングモールへの復活を期待します。
We have a wide selection of products. Alpark is currently undergoing renovation, so the number of stores is surprisingly small from the peak, but the number of customers is very small and you can take a leisurely look around the products.
I hope that the shopping center will be revived, which will make shopping more enjoyable.
