★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチ、ディナーどちらも行きましたが肉質は夜の方が良い。ランチで食べるならローストビーフが無難です。正直、ランチの牛タンはひどい。切り落としでチルドの臭いがする。だから焼いて出してるのだろう。夜は美味しいです。
 I went for lunch and dinner, but the meat quality is better at night. Roast beef is safe for lunch. Honestly, the beef tongue for lunch is terrible. Smell of chilled when cut off. That's why they're burning them out. The night is delicious.

直営だけに味わいのある赤身、和牛ならではの溶ける油は絶品です。
ガス焼きで店内は広く、きれいなお店でした。
沢山食べたい人には、お値段は少し高めです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お肉は美味しいんですけど固かったりしてイマイチかもです?あとコムタンスープが好きで他のお店でも飲むんですけど、ここのは薄い！お湯でも入れたのでしょうか、味が薄くてコクのあるお湯のような感じでした。
The meat is delicious, but it may be hard and not good ? I also like Gomguk soup and drink it at other shops, but it's thin here! Perhaps I put it in hot water, it was like hot water with a light taste and richness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 値段は安くはないが1人前の量が多いためコスパは良い。ロースカルビが絶品であったが、牛タンは普通。タッチパネルを導入していて個室なのが最高！男性店員さんの接客は良かったが女性店員の接客が雑に感じる部分があった。
The price is not cheap, but the cospa is good because the amount for one person is large. The roast ribs were excellent, but the beef tongue was normal. The best thing is that it has a touch panel and is a private room! The customer service of the male clerk was good, but there was a part where the customer service of the female clerk felt sloppy.

何を食べても美味しい野村屋のハズだったのに。。。
ハラミが最高に美味しいです！！！！！
カルビも上タン塩もサイコー！
おつまみ系も飲み物もおいしいのですが、歯切れの悪い肉がありました。
並タンとコリコリは味がなく噛みきれなくてガッカリでした。
次回に期待します！！
テーブルには紙ナプキン、塩、辛味噌、タレが置いてあり、タレは甘すぎず、どの肉にも合う味です。
トングは開きっぱなしだから肉皿がいくつかテーブルにあると邪魔で使い難いです。
店員さんは綺麗で可愛くて話しやすいのでまた来ます♡

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日曜日の夜に予約なしで訪問しましたが、スムーズでした。コロナ対策もバッチリです。
お肉も上タン塩も分厚くおいしかったです。カルビもロースも普通のものでも柔らかくて大満足でした。
直営牛トロにぎりや脂つきホルモンも最高でした。
