ゆ	ゆうゆう on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチでお邪魔しました。ピークタイムなのに先客0のガラガラで快適でした。ジンギスカン定食を頼みましたが、失敗でした。味は普通。ラムだし余程の事がなければ不味くならない。お肉はスライスラム。ペラペラのお肉を小皿でちょこんとだけでした。お肉を50gとしてごはん400g位の量。バランス比率が逝っちゃってますね。そこにお新香ちょっと。ランチタイムですがスープやドリンクは追加料金かかります。マスターの愛想もそこまで良くは無いです。一等地に建てていらっしゃるだけあって庶民には分かりえない美学や感覚があるのでしょう。ご馳走様でした。 I visited you at lunch. T	Trans-AM on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 宇都宮で最も美味しいジンギスカン屋です。本場北海道の大黒屋と比較しても引けを取らない肉質で驚きました。特にラムでの肉厚と質は美味です。臭みが極端に少ないのは新鮮なままである事が大事ですが、栃木のお店では生での提供は難しいでしょうから、おそらく新鮮なまま素早く冷凍しているのと解凍が上手に管理しているのかと思います。個人的にはラムチョップは是非食べるのをオススメですちなみに漬け込み汁に浸した肉を汁ごと焼く松尾ジンギスカンとは全く違うタイプですので、松ジンの味を期待しない事。漬け込み汁は使わず肉質で勝負する大黒屋、だるまのタイプのジンギスカンです。締めのつけ麺(ラーメン)は、北海道流ジンギスカンでは見た事ないけど、コレは意外に美味しくて、良いオリジナルメニューだと思います。 It is the most delicious Genghis Khan restaurant in Utsunomiya. Daikokuya, a Daruma-type Genghis Khan that competes with meat quality without using pickled soup. I haven't seen Tsukemen (ramen) in Hokkaido style Genghis Khan, but I think this is a surprisingly delicious and good original menu.
