★ ★ ★ ★ ★ なんといっても、タンの、分厚さが一押し。他のお肉も好き。ラーメンや、冷麺、クッパや、鍋も美味しい。お母さん手作りのキムチも最高❗

見事なタンが出て来ます。
量を見ると値段は確かに普通より高く感じますが肉質が分かる方には充分説得力有る良心的な値段です。
分厚く角切りされてますがこれは安い整形肉では無い証拠ですね。
柔らかい上にしっかり飾り包丁入れて絶妙な歯ごたえです。
タンの薫りも素晴らしいです。
盛り合わせを頼むと他にも人気の部位が沢山入ってかなりお得です。
特にハラミは素晴らしかったです。
ハラミが特有の薫りがしっかり有って今時中々食べれないハラミです。
他もカルビがバラと中落ちカルビ骨付きカルビに分かれてますがバラと中落ちカルビ食べましたがどちらもしっかり違う味が楽しめました。
チェーン店等では味の違い無いですが…。
ここの店主、オバチャンですがしっかり肉の下処理も扱いもわかってらっしゃる様でホルモンも肉も見事な調理されてます。
他にもテールスープで作ったラーメンも有りますがスープが素晴らしい！
冷麺も頼みましたが麺がそば粉からちゃんと作った見事な冷麺が出て来ます。
美味しく頂いて、食後は店主の話を色々お聞きして楽しませて頂きました。
ご馳走様でした。
また行きたいと思います。
