ご主人が佐渡島出身で奥様が韓国のソウル出身らしく、メインは韓国料理です。
キムチやチヂミもとても美味しいのですが、季節限定かつ要予約のすっぽん鍋も絶品なので是非いろいろな方に召し上がってもらいたいです。
佐渡島で養殖されたすっぽんのお鍋やレバーのお刺身、すっぽんの卵などは、全くくさみがなく旨味が凝縮された逸品なので、他ですっぽんを食べる方も、あまりこれまですっぽんに縁のなかった方も一度は食べていただきたいです。
ちなみに私は2月下旬にいただきましたが、気になる方は余裕をもって電話などで事前に確認していただくのをおすすめします。
