★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 立体駐車場は係員が案内してくれます。店内は落ち着いた内装。子連れも結構いらっしゃいます。カップルで行ったら奥の席に案内してくれ、落ち着いて食べられました。

予約して来てはる人も結構居てて、ランチタイムがこんな混んでるなんて、全く想定外やったわ?
｢天壇チゲ｣は、まろやかで旨味の強い、ちょっとピリ辛味の美味しいスープやった☺️
｢天壇チゲ｣、キムチのマイルドな辛さは、本社が宮川筋に在る｢京都の焼き肉屋｣やなぁ、て感じやったわ。
お腹いっぱいには成らへんかったけど、いつもとちょっと違う美味しい物が食べられたさかい、満足満足?
ごちそうさんでした?♂️

まず値段は高くもなく、安くもなく。
一皿だいたい1000円前後。
お会計の計算はしやすいですね。
味付けですが、タレに漬けて運ばれて来ますが、このタレが胡椒辛くて私には無理でした。普段から塩分少な目の食事をされている方にはスパイスがきつすぎます。
私は塩分が少しでも高いと舌が痺れるのでダメです。
お肉の味ですが、私にはお肉の旨味と甘味が感じられなくて、、。
特にお肉のお刺身は全く味がなく、、、
食べた気になりませんでした。
それから、タレにお肉が浸かっているので、その色が染み付いているのかもしれませんが、濃い赤という感じです。
個人的には、きれーいなピンク色がというか、鮮やかな赤色のお肉が希望です。
あと、スタッフ教育が行き届いてないことにイラッとしました。
ドリンクを持ってきてくれても、何も言わず近いところにどんどん置いていかれたり、、、普通、ドリンクは誰がどれか確認して置いていくもんぢゃないんでしょうか？
ここって、やすーい居酒屋を目指してるんぢゃないですよね？？
お肉も配慮のない置き方、渡し方にちょっと、、、という感じでした。
また、一緒に行った子は、床がべたべたして気持ち悪かった、、とかなり怒っていました。
店内の雰囲気はとても高級感のある雰囲気でよかっただけに、非常に残念な気持ちになりました。
