★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 女性営業が担当してくださいましたが、契約しか頭にありませんって感じの対応で大変不愉快だった。申し込んでる土地はあるが、実際まだ結果でておらず土地を買えてないといってるのに、じゃあうちで契約してくれますね！としつこい。いやいや、話を聞きにきたんですが。1000万代で建てれるという謳い文句だが、結局ふくれあがる。なにが永代家守りか不明。うさんくさかった。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ はきはきとした感じのよい営業（女性）で、こちらの要望を熱心に聞いてくれました。・・・・が、提案されたプランはこちらの要望が全く反映されておらず悲しくなりました。違う方の図面かと思うほどでした。すべて要望通りにはいかないとは思いますが、三階建てということ以外こちらの要望とは別のものでした。
営業と設計部のやりとりが悪いのか、営業の理解力がないのか分かりませんが、期待していただけに大変残念でした。
He was a cheerful and pleasant salesperson (female) and enthusiastically listened to this request.・ ・ ・ ・ But the proposed plan did not reflect this request at all, which made me sad. I thought it was a different drawing. I don't think everything will be as requested, but it was different from this request except that it was a three-story building.
I don't know if the communication between the sales department and the design department is bad, or if I don't have the understanding of sales, but I was very disappointed because I expected it.
