受付、検査員、医師の皆さんの対応が丁寧で、落ち着く。
予約無しで行ったが、待ち時間はほぼ無い。
追記
予定があったので、開院早々に受付したのに忘れ去られ、1時間待ったが保険証だけ返して貰って帰宅。完治してないけど二度とは行かない。ドクターは良い感じだっただけに残念。
I am grateful that the hospital is open until late even on Saturdays and Sundays.
The reception, inspectors, and doctors are polite and calm.
I went without a reservation, but there was almost no waiting time.

I had a plan, so I accepted it early after the hospital opened, but it was forgotten, and I waited for an hour, but I got my insurance card back and went home. It's not completely cured, but I'll never go again. It's a shame because the doctor felt good.

院内は天井が高く開放感があって綺麗です。
受付の人もカンジがよく、雰囲気が良いです。
三歳の子供の視力検査をどうやるのかと思いましたが、子供がＣの形の模型を動かすことによってどこが開いているのかうまく汲み取ってくれました。
診察の先生も優しい話し方で聴きやすいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 目のかゆみで来院。視力検査をやるように言われたのですが、断ろうとしたら男性スタッフの方から「皆さんにやって頂いています。」と。拒否はできないかと尋ねたら、「拒否はできません、義務なので。」と言われました。
後日、同じ症状で近所に新しくできた眼科へ行ったら「視力検査は希望です」と言われました。以前住んでいた所で通っていた眼科でも、目の不調で来院した時は視力検査不要でした。自分なりにネットでも調べましたが、視力検査は「皆さんに受けていただくように声をかけています」という文言は見つかりましたが、「義務だ」と主張する文言は見つかりませんでした。
その男性スタッフに嘘をつかれたのではないかと不信感をもっています。仮に、本当に義務で視力検査を受けなくてはいけないにしても、説明が不十分尚且つ突っぱねる態度を取られて大変不快でした。
その他の先生の対応などは申し分なかったです。

Later, when I went to a new ophthalmologist in my neighborhood with the same symptoms, I was told that I would like to have a vision test. Even at the ophthalmology department where I used to live, I didn't need an eye test when I came to the hospital because of my eye problems. I searched online on my own, and found the phrase "I'm asking everyone to take it" in my vision test, but I couldn't find the phrase "obligatory".
I have a feeling of distrust that the male staff may have lied to me. Even if I had to undergo a vision test because I was obliged to do so, I was very uncomfortable because the explanation was inadequate and I had a poking attitude.
The correspondence of other teachers was perfect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日、2回目の眼鏡の処方箋を作成しに行きました。※私が目に持病持ち
前回の眼鏡より度数を強くしたかったので、受付で、その旨を伝えて検査して処方箋を作成しました。
しかし、いざ眼鏡屋さんで度数等を確認してもらうと前回とほぼ同じ度数や乱視矯正でした。
眼鏡屋さんに「どうしますか？前回と同じ度数なので、作るには・・・」と言われました。
私も同意見でしたので、眼鏡屋さんには、丁重に謝りました。
後日、眼科に電話したところ、検査した女性の先生が「○○さんは、目の持病でこれ以上度数とかを上げても目が見える事はありません。持病を治してからにしてください」と言われました。
度数を強くしたくて出向いたのに何の説明もなく勝手に前回ど同じ眼鏡の処方箋を出された事に腹が立ちました。
せめて、説明と「同じ度数になりますが、処方箋だしますか？」と聞いて欲しいです。
検査料金は仕方ないにしろ！眼鏡の処方箋料金だけ返して欲しいくらいです。
患者の意見を無視して眼鏡の処方箋を作るので、目薬等の薬の処方箋もこの病気で処方してもらうのが怖くなりました。

I went out to increase the power, but I was angry that I was given the same prescription for glasses last time without any explanation.
At the very least, I would like you to ask the explanation, "It will be the same frequency, but do you have a prescription?"
The inspection fee can't be helped! I would like you to return only the prescription fee for eyeglasses.
I ignore the patient's opinions and make prescriptions for eyeglasses, so I was afraid to have prescriptions for medicines such as eye drops prescribed for this disease.
