t	takec ado on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昭和30年代くらいまで遡って語るべきお店。ただだその時には生まれていないので、うまく語れない。または語る資格がないかもしれない。語る資格の有無は怪しいが少しだけ様子をお伝えしたい。めし処として必要な要素を全て揃えているであろうめし処。おかずはショーケースから取るスタイル。普通は横開きのショーケースが多いと思うが、こちらはドアタイプ。上から下までギッシリといろんなおかずが並んでいる。今回は鯖の煮付け、ほうれん草の玉子とじ、切り干し大根を選択。ご飯は小、お椀は豚汁にした。鯖は濃い味で柔らかく煮付けられている。とても美味しい。漬物をつけてくれる。量はゴロっと十分なボリュームで、シャキシャキした歯ごたえで美味しく頂戴しました。禁断の化学調味料がオンテーブルされており、漬物に醤油とともに振りかけると味覚神経がざわつく。『いの一番』ってとこが印象に残る。大きな湯沸かし器も目を引くお店。平成の次の世になっても末永く繁盛されますように。 A store that you should go back to about the Showa 30's. ア	アットマークすすむ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昼食に立ち寄ったのは広島繁華街にある南星さん、広電銀山町電停から徒歩５分程度です。飲食店が犇めく地区、夜が賑わう繁華街の中に佇む昭和食堂さんです。「お食事処南星」の白抜き暖簾が素敵です！中は天井が高く、昭和モダンを感じさせる造りになっています。木造モルタル構造でしょうか、照明もかなり暗いため落ち着いた雰囲気ですね。お聞きした処、約65年程前に建てられたそうです！ガラスケースより一品のハンバーグを取り、ご飯小サイズと味噌汁をお願いします。おかあさんがすぐにハンバーグを温めてくれます。ハンバーグは手作り感溢れる味わい、洋食屋さんの本格的なものではなく家庭的な焼きハンバーグ、デミグラスソースとは違う甘めの自家製ソースがかかっていました。食堂のご飯は炊き立てで美味しく、味噌汁もしっかり出汁が効いた逸品です！　サービスのきゅうり漬けの美味しさは類を見ないものでしたよ！！ I stopped for lunch about 5 minutes on foot from Nansei-san in the downtown area of Hiroshima.
