エ	エビカニ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 過労で事務員を辞めた友人より、隠れたブラック企業と聞いている。実質的に退職金は出ません。そして就職すると基本的には営業所勤務。本社は評判落とさないように残業隠し＆過労〇隠しに必死だけど、近年は激務(夜勤と日勤の繰り返し)のせいで事務員・運転士が退職しまくりな状況にも関わらず、職員と運転士を増員しないせいで更に労働環境は悪化を辿り、中堅が退職しまくる悪循環。運転士はインターバル制のせいで寝不足で過労状態で運転しており、重大な事故(人身や信号無視等)も起こっています。この会社も長くはないな、、、と客観的にですが思います。就職希望の方は、(どの会社もそうですが)企業が出す表面的な綺麗な情報に騙されず、夜中に最寄りの営業所の様子を見るなど自身で確認しておくのも良いと思う。 I heard from a friend who left the clerk because of overwork, as a hidden black company. If you are looking for a job, you should check yourself by looking at the nearest office in the middle of the night instead of being tricked by the superficial and clean information provided by companies (like any other company).
P	PLCluv4e on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 時刻表は有って無いようなもの。リアルタイム運行状況は全くリアルタイムではないデタラメ。ホームページは驚くほど使いにくく、経路を検索しても経路が表示されない。挙げ句電車と徒歩を使った経路を推奨される。自分でウチのバスには乗る必要ない、と言っているようなものだから救いようがない。バス停の検索地図を表示すると小笠原諸島からスタート。なんで？全国地図要る？バカしかいないのかな？ It's like there is no timetable.
