★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 八重洲ブックセンター葛西店には何度か行った事がご座居ました際の実感ですが、１、近隣に学生等の書籍購入のニーズが有るお店ですが一般書が主であって法、医等の専門書が無いこと、２、書籍の品揃えを見るとお客様のリサーチを行って居ないこと、３、売上よりのポイントが厳しいことはマイナス要素があること４、店員さんは商売気質が低くブックカバーすらコロナウイルスとの兼ね合いが無くてもカバーを行うサービスが無いこと、５、人の通り道近くのレイアウトが悪いこと、何れも肝要なので改善案を提案致します。また、何時迄も新型コロナウイル感染を理由にして、肝心なお客様サービスが欠落しているので商売が左前なのです。今年はワクチン接種が６割を経れば集団免疫(中和抗体)を獲得する時期と思います。本所６代目末孫

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日、新刊を買いに行ったら見当たらなかったため機械で検索したら在庫ありと出たので印刷して、別の単行本と一緒にレジに持っていったら対応してくれた女性(森)がいらっしゃいませも言わず印刷した紙だけ持って無言でパソコンいじり出して戻ってきたら「お取り寄せです」だけいって紙をつき出された。接客態度も腹立つし金銭が絡むやり取りで何の確認も説明も無くブスッとした顔で、何様なのかなと思いました。接客したくないなら辞めりゃいいのに。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ アリオに来たら必ず寄り道するお店です。奥様の買い物のため、通常は淡々と運転手兼荷物運びを担当していますが、時々やるせなくなりこちらに逃避している、というお話です。
大きくはないですが、通路も広めで文庫本も頑張ってたくさん置いてくれているのがありがたいですね。しかも、時代小説コーナーがあるなんて‼️幸せを感じてしまいます。
世の中からいつの間にか本屋が消えていくようなことになってから随分経ちますが、老舗と思われるこういう正統派のお店は残って欲しいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ネイルがゴツゴツとしたパートのおばさんの態度が最悪。別にネイルとかはいいが、ずっとぶすっとした顔でしかもスマホのコードを読み取る時にガツンっと当ててきてムカついた。
謝りもしない。
二度と行きたくないレベルだが、本の品揃えはここら辺ではまあまあ良いかなと思います。
欲しい物があったらよほどのことがない限りネットでいいんじゃないでしょうか。
