★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, worst DVD/CD shop ever encountered in Japan. Bought a broken DVD, showed nothing. The staff's attitude was terrible, no refund, no exchange into new DVDs, even wouldn't tell you what's wrong with the DVD, and making fun of foreigners' accent. 店員さんの態度がすごく悪かったです。お店で何か販売しているのかゼンゼン分からなっかたみたいです。商品に問題があると分かったとしでも、返金しません。返金のところが、同じ映画のDVDも変更してくれません。今まで買い物で一番悪かった経験と思います。二度とこの店と関わりたくありません。本当に最悪と思います。自分もDVD好きなんですが、100%問題がなかったらわざわざこんなことしません。
Bought a broken DVD, shown nothing. The staff's attitude was terrible, no refund, no exchange into new DVDs, even would you love it's wrong with the DVD, and making fun fun of foreigners' accent. The clerk's attitude was very bad. It seems that you are not sure if you are selling something at the shop. Even if you find that there is a problem with the product, we will not refund you. The refund will not change the DVD of the same movie. I think it is the worst experience in shopping until now. I do not want to be involved with this store ever again. I think it is really the worst. I also like DVD, but I do not bother doing this unless I have 100% problems.
