西	西川善典 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 巻き寿司の有名店、兵庫県多可郡多可町のマイスター工房八千代の近所にある豆腐どころ　もりとみ本店は兵庫県長田区に在るらしい。マイスター工房に買い物に行った時に見つけて立ち寄りました。豆腐、厚揚げ、湯葉、豆乳等等を販売している店舗と食事ができるスペースがあります。ランチの定食は1000円から有ります。どれも美味しく堪能できました。300円アップで、ご飯をマイスター工房八千代の巻き寿司2切れに交換する事が出来ました。八千代で巻き寿司が購入出来なくても、こちらで食べる事が出来るのでグレードアップで注文しました。豆腐料理も巻き寿司もとても美味しかったのですが、大食漢の私には、量が少し物足りなかったです。ご飯も食べたかったです。ショップで、厚揚げ、豆腐等を購入しました。絶対のお勧めは湯葉です。味が濃くとても美味しかったです。 It seems that the famous Maki sushi restaurant, Moritomi Main Store, is located in Nagata Ward, Hyogo Prefecture, near Meister Workshop Yachiyo in Taka District, Hyogo Prefecture. I found it when I went shopping at Meister Kobo and stopped by. There is a store where you can eat tofu, fried tofu, yuba, soy milk, etc. and a space where you can eat. Lunch set meals start at 1000 yen. I was able to enjoy all of them deliciously. For 300 yen up, I was able to exchange the rice for 2 slices of rolled sushi from Meister Workshop Yachiyo. Even if you can't buy sushi rolls in Yachiyo, you can eat it here, so I ordered it with an upgrade. Both the tofu dishes and the sushi rolls were very delicious, but for me as a big eater, the amount was a little unsatisfactory. I also wanted to eat rice. I bought Atsuage, tofu, etc. at the shop. Yuba is definitely recommended. The taste was strong and it was very delicious.

I had a meal, but in the stylish interior of a renovated old private house, all the staff are cheerful and have a nice atmosphere! You can enjoy tofu with more volume than the price. The tofu made with fresh cream, which is not sold at the store, is very delicious! Rice can be turned into sushi rolls for an additional 300 yen!
市	市位喜代美 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 湯葉丼定食(￥2980)をいただきました。ちょっと高いけど…湯葉はとっても優しい味、黒ごま豆腐の揚げ出し、揚げたての天ぷらも美味しかったです。和やかな雰囲気で楽しかったです。薪ストーブがたいてありちょっと暑かったですが…これからの季節には良いのではと思います。おみやげにジャンボ厚揚げ(1ｺ￥400)揚げ出し豆腐(4ｺ　ﾈｷﾞタレ付き￥480)を買って帰りました。厚揚げは食べごたえありますし揚げ出し豆腐はめっちゃ美味しかったです。 I had a Yuba bowl set meal (¥ 2980). It's a little expensive, but ... Yuba had a very gentle taste, the fried black sesame tofu, and the freshly fried tempura were also delicious. It was fun in a peaceful atmosphere. It was a little hot because of the wood stove, but I think it will be good for the coming season. As a souvenir, I bought jumbo fried tofu (1 piece ¥ 400) and fried tofu (4 pieces with sardines ¥ 480) and went home. Atsuage is delicious and the fried tofu was really delicious.
