★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 全国展開している豆腐料理店です。土曜にランチ利用しました(彩ランチと月ランチで計5600円)。
どのお料理もおいしいので、年に一回ぐらい利用させていただいています。特に嶺岡豆腐はミルクの風味に、葛のムチッとした食感がたまらなく、ミルクプリンを食べているかのようで、お気に入りです。
今回一週間程前に予約しようとしましたが、「予約の際はお一人様4500円以上の注文をお願いしています。ランチ希望ということであれば、当日電話していただいて、席が空いていればご案内できます。電話は10時から受け付けています。」とのこと。去年利用したときは当日でなくてもランチの予約を取れたと記憶していましたし、ホームページにもそのような案内は見つけられず、モヤモヤ…。結局10時過ぎに予約して行きましたが、広いフロアの席はほぼ満席でしたので、やはり直前予約をした方が安全そうです。
会席料理もきっとおいしいとは思うのですが、どちらかというと小食ですし、好きなメニューも全部含まれているので、個人的にはコスパのよいランチ一択です。日曜祝日もランチメニューがないため、行ける日は限られていますが、タイミングを合わせてお邪魔しようと思います。
神戸元町店は15階にあるので景色も抜群です。
 It is a tofu restaurant that operates nationwide. I used it for lunch on Saturday (5600 yen for Aya lunch and monthly lunch).
All the dishes are delicious, so I use them about once a year. In particular, Mineoka Tofu is my favorite because it has a milk flavor and a irresistible texture of kudzu, as if I was eating milk pudding.
I tried to make a reservation about a week ago this time, but "When making a reservation, please order 4500 yen or more per person. If you want lunch, please call on the day and the seat is vacant. We can guide you. Calls are accepted from 10 o'clock. " When I used it last year, I remembered that I could make a reservation for lunch even if it wasn't on the day, and I couldn't find such a guide on the homepage, so I was sick. After all, I made a reservation after 10 o'clock, but the seats on the large floor were almost full, so it seems safer to make a last-minute reservation.
I think kaiseki cuisine is delicious, but it's rather a small meal, and it includes all the menus I like, so I personally choose a good lunch for cospa. Since there is no lunch menu on Sundays and holidays, the days I can go are limited, but I will try to get in the way at the right time.
The Kobe Motomachi store is on the 15th floor, so the scenery is outstanding.

スタッフの接客もよく、味も美味しかったです。また、景色がとてもいい。
There is also a private room with tatami mats, so even with children, I was able to visit with confidence.
The customer service of the staff was good and the taste was delicious. Also, the scenery is very nice.

梅の花膳のコース料理は美味しかったです。
I booked a private room for dinner today. Ikari and the mark of Kobe city and the night view of the sailing ship were beautiful.
The course meal of Ume no Hanazen was delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fabulous views especially at sunset, and the food and ambiance matches the scenery. They just renovated the interior (April 2019) and made it even better (although I do miss the tree being there...).
If you like tofu (in all its forms) you’ll love this place. Delicious! Great menu and very helpful staff. Worth going to for a special occasion or just for lunch. Nice selection of drinks too to top it all off.
