ま	まりもん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2020.2.9追記 1月末からずっと店が閉まっており、電話しても2回転送されて、最後は「近くにおりません。後程おかけ直し下さい」とアナウンスが流れます。お店を見に行ったところ、「店長が入院のため、しばらくお休みします」とのことでした。潰れた訳では無かったので一安心。店長の復帰をお待ちしております。元の評価久しぶりの星5つの超オススメ店に出会いました。八千代界隈で最も美味しいピザ・パスタであることは間違え無いでしょう。まずシェフの腕が相当良い！お話を聞いたところ、イタリア駐在の経験もある、とのことで納得でした。ピザ生地は薄いながらモッチリしており、素材の旨さがそれぞれ活きる味付けになっています。そして生パスタも美味い。他店の生パスタは麺同士がくっ付き、パスタの食感が失われているものもありますが、ここの生パスタはもっちり食感でありながら、麺が一本一本しっかり立っています。また、当方が「オリーブオイル＋アンチョビのパスタを食べれますか？」をリクエストすると「分かりました！」と快く引き受け、メニューにないオリジナルパスタを作ってくれました。このお味がまた最高！トマトの香ばしさとアンチョビの風味、そしてニンニク入りのオリーブオイルがとてもマッチしており、あっと間に完食しました。素人では絶対出せない味ですね。食材をケチらず、丁寧に調理されているのが伝わりました。素晴らしいお店です。 2020.2.9 Addendum The store has been closed since the end of January, and even if you call, you will be forwarded twice, and at the end you will hear an announcement saying "I am not near you.
