絶対にサンコー住宅は辞めたほうがいいです。
後悔しますよ！
社長並びに従業員とんでもないです。
貸した後は一切無責任絶対にサンコー住宅は辞めたほうがいいです。
ここまで酷い不動産屋はじめてです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店長さんが地域活性化に貢献していて、人当たりもよく気持ちよくお家探しができました。入居後の対応もよく、しばらくここで暮らしていけそうです。
あとはフランチャイズのアパマンの契約関係が消費者にとってもう少し寄り添ってくれるとよいのですが…なかなかうまく考えていますね（特に敷金周り）。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話応対して下さった女性の方の態度があまりにも良くないです。横暴で普通にタメ口で話をしてきます。お客さんの名前も呼び捨てで呼ばれいい気持ちにはなりませんでした。 以前店舗に来店した時もあからさまに面倒くさそうな態度でしたので。いい所といえば店舗が綺麗な所のみです。こちらの従業員の方達は接客業をしているという自覚がないのでしょうか。
八千代台で駐車場や賃貸で家を借りようとしてる方はここは辞めておいた方がいいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 口コミが悪く不安でしたが、男性の若いスタッフさん(店長?)がとても親切に対応をしてくれました。内見でも不備など教えていただいたり、様々な提案をして頂いたおかげで満足して部屋を借りることができました。アフターケアもとても丁寧でした。またよろしくお願いします。
