１つ１つに真心のこもった料理。
春菊のスープ。青臭さいのでは？と
気になりながら口にすると、一瞬春菊の青さがしますが、すぐになめらかな味に変わりました。

絶品です！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 八千代台のエッタにておまかせコース。相方のお誕生日祝いでネットで高評価のこちらへ。気軽な雰囲気のお店でした。全体的にボリュームがありお酒が進むお料理でした。メインは鴨のローストです。かなり胡椒が効いた味付けでした。デザートまで堪能しました。

駅からは徒歩2分位で付きました。
商店街みたいな所にあるのですが、
少しいろんなお店の並びを通り過ぎて左に曲がる道で曲がった所にあります。
お店にはランチの時間におば様方やデートで
使っている方がいました。
パスタランチは1000円です。
前菜にサラダがついてきます。
500円出すとデザートの盛合せと食後のドリンクがついてきます。
ランチのコースは3000円でありました。
前菜盛合せと、本日のお料理と本日の料理と〆のパスタにデザートの盛合せに食後のドリンクがついてきます。
前菜前に軽めの前前菜として
スープとカナッペがついてきました。
前菜とサラダは思ったよりすごいボリュームで5種類の前菜がついてました。
これだけでお酒が進んでしまいます♪
パスタはボリュームが抑えめですが
自分では作れない何かが入っている味付けです。
女性だったらこのボリュームでピッタリだと思いますが
デザートセットも気になりました。
駅から近いし美味しいのでまた行きたいと思います。

ディナーで@4,500円のお任せコースをお願いしました。
出てきた料理は、冷菜→前菜(11種類)→真鯛のカルパッチョ→フランスパンとネギ→豚肉のTボーンステーキ→パスタと6皿。さらにデザート＋ドリンクまで付いていて、都内で食べたら確認に1万円コース。
女性と子供は食べきれないぐらいボリュームのある料理で大満足でした。
すべての料理に妥協が無く、味はすべて抜群に美味い！
盛り付けのお皿もオシャレ！！
さらに子供用の料理は選別して提供してくれる思いやりがあるシェフさんなので、とたも気持ちよく食事ができました。
また来ます。
