★ ★ ★ ★ ★ エコホームズ主催のセミナーを視聴しましたが、いわゆる不動産投資のいろは、あるいは物件紹介といったありふれた内容ではなく、不動産投資家にとってきわめて重要な内容をわかりやすく説明していただけました。不動産投資は購入して終わりではなく、その後、どのように運用するかで成果が大きく変わってきます。まさに事業、あるいは経営と言えます。そのためには、不動産会社任せではなく、自分自身でも日々勉強を続け、不動産会社と対等に交渉していけるようにしていかなければならず、そのために必要な手段をご紹介していただけました。あとはセミナーで紹介していただいたことを実践できるかどうかが試されているように思います。
 I watched a seminar hosted by Eco Homes, and they explained in an easy-to-understand manner what is extremely important for real estate investors, rather than the usual content of so-called real estate investment or property introduction. Real estate investment is not the end of purchase, and the outcome will change greatly depending on how you manage it afterwards. It can be called a business or management. For that purpose, instead of leaving it to the real estate company, I had to continue studying on my own every day so that I could negotiate with the real estate company on an equal footing. After that, I think it is being tested whether or not you can put into practice what you introduced at the seminar.
