★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここに内覧の予約を入れるために、メールアドレスを入力しました。確認メールもきちんと来ました。なのにいつまで経っても連絡こずこちらから連絡すると私のメールアドレスが入力間違いだったから送れなかった、と言われる。笑
おかしいと思いながらも、予約を入れました。そしたら、なんと他の客に送る個人情報満載のmailが間違えて送られてきました。やば...と思って内覧予約キャンセルの連絡mailを理由も込で送りました。それについての返信もなし。きちんとキャンセルされてるのか心配しました。あの間違いメールまだ残ってるけどね。消してくださいと言われたけど。

付近にどういう物件があるのか知りたかったんだけどなぁ 学生向きではないかも。
後期まで入試やって物件探しが遅くなった人には向いてるお店かもしれません。
私は 電話対応のみなので可もなく不可もなく。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 気をつけて下さい。この店舗で契約する際、半強制的にクレジットカードを作らされます。
家賃の支払いにあたり、クレカを作成しないといけない事を聞き作成しました。家賃支払い分のポイントが事前の試算通りに付かないことを伝えると「それなら解約すればいいじゃないですか」との事。
当たり前ですが、作成後間もなく解約するとカード関連の審査に通り難くなります。入会させたら後はどうでも良いと考えているのがよくわかりました。
仲介頂いた家から引っ越した後、作成したカードについて調べる機会があり、カードには毎年年会費がかかっていたことに気付きました。。
他の方が同じ道を辿らない事を願います。

これくらいの対応でいいだろう、と思ってらっしゃるのだと思いました。

契約決まった瞬間、素っ気ない。来店しても挨拶すら無し。
接客態度もテキトー。電話で人を小馬鹿にした態度のやつもいる。
星1つも付けたくないしマイナスでよし。
不動産でいいところなんて殆ど無いけど、その中でもここはやめたほうがいい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ほんとうにおすすめできない。他の方も書かれているように直近で引越しする予定のある方だけに親切。また、よく「隣の方もうちが紹介したので大丈夫だと思いますよ」と言われます。めっちゃ何回も聞きましたｗ期間をあけて利用した際もこのセリフを聞かされ「誰にでもどの物件でもいってるんだな」と気づきました。ちなみにここで決めた物件、防音がしっかりしてる＋隣をうちが紹介したので大丈夫（）と言われて住みましたが、木造レベルで話し声は筒抜けだし隣のやつはやばい人だったし本当にいい加減なお店です。悪いこと言わないので他の代理店を使うことをおすすめします
