★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日の空いてる時間帯であれば、概ね90分でガットの張替えが受け取れました。
土地柄、敷地面積は狭いので品揃えは豊富とは言い難いのですが、あって欲しいものが比較的ある様に感じました。

使用1ヶ月未満2〜3回目の練習中にぶつけてもいないのにラケットがポッキリ折れた為、保証修理を店にお願いしましたが2日後に連絡があり「購入時の値段ではなく定価の13,200円の60%、7,920円払えば直す。僕は選手だけどこんな事はよくある。高いから頑丈とかではない」との事。

何なのこの店？
1万以上のフルカーボンのラケットが、中学生がシャトル打っただけで壊れる脆い商品を売り、7千円払って直ぐにぶっ壊れるチンケな不良品をまた保証無しで使えって事？
客側の目線で考え商売をしない最低な店でした。
この店の店員【選手】は毎月1万以上するラケットを折って買い替えてるようです。
バカラ大好き、練習中に女子選手に手を出す気持ち悪い奴の写真が階段にいっぱいでサイン入りラケットまで飾って‥余程メーカーから金貰ってるのかな？
すぐにぶっ壊れても一切補償しようとしない最悪な店なのでラケット購入時は本当に気を付けてください。

この店のこの店員だから遠くから来店した、という販売員を目指すとお互いに楽しいかも。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ バトミントンのガットが切れると張り直ししてもらってます。paypay、クレカ使えます。駐車場も、駐輪場もないのが不便ですが、新宿駅からは近いので便利。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ テニス、バドミントン専門店「ウインザーラケットショップ」の新宿店。こちらは、渋谷店ほどの商品ボリュームではないものの、定番モデルや売れ筋モデルは大概置いてあるので、テニス、バドミントングッズを購入するには良いお店だと思います。新宿駅から近いのも便利。小田急ハルクの方向に出れば、お店まで至近距離です。
このお店の最大の特徴は、２つあると思っています。一つはスタッフの質の高さ（＝詳しさ＆話の面白さ）。テニス、バドミントンそれぞれに、詳しいスタッフがいらっしゃいます。ご自身もプレーされるようで、実体験に基づいた話が聞けるので、ある程度商品知識がある人も、初心者も、このお店のスタッフの話を聞きに行けば、商品選びの安心感は高いのではないでしょうか？
もう一つの特徴は、ウインザー全店舗の中で最もバドミントン商品の品揃えが良い（おそらく）お店だということです。お店はB1F〜２Fの３階建構成なのですが、B1Fはバドミントン専門フロアになっており、バドミントンはやらない私も、なんとなく見にいってしまいます。
お店自体はあまり広くないですが、オススメのお店です。

It seems that you will play yourself, and you can listen to stories based on actual experience, so whether you are a beginner or a person with some product knowledge, if you go to listen to the story of the staff of this shop, you will have a high sense of security in choosing products. Isn't it?
Another feature is that it is (probably) the best badminton store of all Windsor stores. The shop has a three-story structure from B1F to 2F, but B1F is a floor specializing in badminton, so even if I don't play badminton, I somehow go to see it.
The shop itself is not very large, but it is a recommended shop.
