横	横山貴夫 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ちょうど一年前に〜♪アクトスの前を通った夜〜昨日の事のように〜今はっきりと思い出す〜♫ この歌が流行った時は体力をもてあまして健康など気にせずこれた世代です。ちょうど一年前は錆びついた体、一念発起してアクトスの扉を開けました。通ってみると、マシーンは本格的なジムには及びませんがスタッフさんが皆良い意味世話好きで、ついつい毎日少々の時間でも行きたくなります。おかげで3か月くらいで周囲から反応があるくらい結果にあらわれました。このコロナ渦においても1時間ごとにスタッフさんが懸命に消毒作業や空調管理をしてくれてます。これも常駐スタッフがいるジムの良さではないでしょうか。よし明日もパンプしに行くぞ！ Just a year ago ~ ♪ The night I passed in front of Actos ~ Like yesterday ~ I remember clearly now ~ ♫ When this song became popular, I was a generation who was able to play with my physical strength and not worry about my health.
