★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 資材コーナー付近の店員から、鼻だしマスク及び敬語を使わない粗雑な接客を受けたため、店舗に仔細を記したメールを送信しました。
その後の担当者の対応は素晴らしいものでした。
該当店員の把握から再教育の徹底をお約束頂けましたが、電話対応にも関わらずその誠意が伝わりました。
客として過度に尊重して欲しいのでは無く、社会的にマナーを考慮する形で適応して欲しい旨を伝えました。
良い店舗になることを願っております。
 I received a rough customer service without using a nose mask and honorifics from a clerk near the materials corner, so I sent an email with details to the store.
The response of the person in charge after that was wonderful.
We promised to thoroughly re-educate from the understanding of the relevant clerk, but despite the telephone response, that sincerity was conveyed.
I told them that I do not want them to be overly respected as customers, but that they should adapt in a way that socially considers manners.
I hope it will be a good store.
