★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初留学のため些細なことでも不安になり再三質問をしましたが、その都度丁寧にお答えくださってこちらの不安を解消しようと寄り添ってくださる大変親身でオープンな雰囲気を持つ留学エージェントです。カウンセリングの時間もしっかり取ってくださいます。個人の見解ではありますが、世の中に数多くある留学エージェントの中でもサポート費用は良心的、過剰な勧誘は決してなく、またこちらの主体性を尊重してくださいます。
私自身は28歳で留学を決めました。社会人留学経験者のスタッフさんが多くいらっしゃる為、ご自身の経験を踏まえてのアドバイス、またこちらのことをご自身のことのように考えてくださいます。留学中、バンクーバー本社オフィスでは私と同世代や先輩の社会人留学中の方々に多く出逢い、励まし合い、刺激し合いながら過ごしました。
社会人留学をお考えの方は是非一度カウンセリングを受けてみてはいかがでしょうか。いろいろなお話を聞けて勇気をもらえるのではないかと思います。
 I was worried about even the smallest things because I was studying abroad for the first time, so I repeatedly asked questions. However, I am a studying abroad agent with a very friendly and open atmosphere, who answers me politely every time and tries to eliminate this anxiety. Please take a good time for counseling. It is my personal opinion, but among the many study abroad agents out there, the support costs are conscientious, there is no excessive solicitation, and we appreciate your independence.
I decided to study abroad at the age of 28. Since there are many staff members who have studied abroad as adults, please give advice based on your own experience and think about this as yourself. During my study abroad, I spent a lot of time at the Vancouver Head Office while meeting, encouraging and inspiring many people of my age and seniors who were studying abroad.
If you are thinking of studying abroad for adults, why not try the counseling once? I think that you can gain courage by listening to various stories.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 数年前に利用させていただきました。とても親切で、定期的に電話で面談?のように相談もしてくださったので、安心できました。
しかし２つ程問題がありました。
語学学校を途中で変更した際に、新しい学校の入学の日に私の名前がありませんでした。たまたま同じ学校に入学してきたwest coastさんを利用して来た人も同じ用に名前がありませんでした。その為私たちは初日の最初の授業は受けられませんでした。一人だったら心細かったと思いますが、その人と友だちになれたのでよかったです笑
もう一つはホームステイの会社と連携が取れておらず、事前に支払ったはずのホームステイ代が会社に振り込まれていませんでした。更にホームステイ会社から直接メールが来て、3日後までに入金の確認ができなかったら、出ていってもらうことになるとも言われたした。その為エージェントに連絡をしましたが、繋がらず...。
結局延滞料金はwest coastさんに負担してもらい、何とか日付までには支払いしていただきました。最後の１ヶ月は本当にハラハラしました。

When I changed my language school on the way, I didn't have my name on the day of admission to the new school. The person who happened to use west coast who came to the same school did not have a name for the same. Therefore, we could not take the first class on the first day. I think I would have been lonely if I was alone, but I'm glad I made friends with that person lol
The other was that we were not working with the homestay company, and the homestay fee that we should have paid in advance was not transferred to the company. In addition, I received an email directly from the homestay company and was told that if I could not confirm the payment within 3 days, I would be asked to leave. So I contacted the agent, but I couldn't connect ...
In the end, the late fee was borne by west coast and managed to be paid by the date. The last month was really crazy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらとエージェント契約をしたわけではないのですが、とても感謝しています。契約していたエージェントと学生ビザに関してトラブルになり、どうにもならず、本当に困っていたのですが、こちらの代表者の方からいろいろアドバイスをいただくことができました。いただいた情報がきっかけで、一挙に問題解決に向かうことができました。
カナダはニュージーランドなどと違って、学生ビザを取得する工程も複雑で、教育学区によって微妙にルールも違います。
実際にエージェントとトラブルになってしまった経験者として思うのですが、カナダに留学するなら、留学エージェントとして経験があるのではなく、こちらの会社のような「カナダ留学の経験がある」エージェントにお願いするのが良いと思いました。

Unlike New Zealand, Canada has a complicated process for obtaining a student visa, and the rules differ slightly depending on the school district.
I think that you are an experienced person who actually got into trouble with an agent, but if you study abroad in Canada, you do not have experience as a study abroad agent, but an agent who has "experience in studying in Canada" like this company I thought it would be good to ask.
