けして良いとは思えません
特に受付の眼鏡をかけた髪の短い女事務員は態度が悪く最悪です！初めてあんな態度をする事務員を見ました。
気分が悪くなります
あの事務員がいるだけで病院の評価を下げているのでは…残念です

明らかに痛風の症状とは違うのに、「痛風の検査代」を要求されたり、慢性的な痛みに対するアプローチとは思えない治療を受けたり…
2度と行きたくないですね。

基礎疾患無し、標準体重、通院中ではありません。
(眼鏡の方はよくわからなかったです)
『待合室の受付右側に非接触型の体温計があるので、そちらで体温をはかり、すぐ近くの机で予診票の中身を埋め、受付の方に保険証と共に提出して欲しい』ということを、毎回来た方に口頭で言うのは大変だろうと思い、こちらに書かせていただきました。
提出後は、受付の方が予診票を確認し、保険証は返され、不備が無ければ少し待機後順次呼ばれて
診察室で問診後、廊下で待機
→奥の部屋で接種後、待合室で待機
→診察室で異常が無いか問診後、待合室で待機
→受付の方に予診票を返してもらい終了でした。
※「→」の時に呼ばれるのでそれまでじっと待ってて大丈夫です。むしろ、受付の方１人に来院した人が全員集中して大変そうなので、それでピリついているのでは？と思いました(他にも事務の方？はいるけど対応せず…)
あ、肩の少し下に打たれるので、がっつりまくれる半袖を着て行くとお互い早く終われると思います。あと予診票は不明なとこ以外は家で書いてきた方が断然早いです。
長くなりましたが、これを見ている方が少しでもスムーズに動けるといいなと思います。読んでいただきありがとうございました！(※全員⬆の通りかは不明なので参考程度に留めておいてください)

I thought it would be difficult to say it verbally to those who came, so I wrote it here.
After submission, the receptionist will check the pre-examination slip, the insurance card will be returned, and if there are no defects, it will be called in sequence after waiting for a while.
After interviewing in the examination room, wait in the corridor
→ After inoculation in the back room, wait in the waiting room
→ After asking if there are any abnormalities in the examination room, wait in the waiting room
→ The receptionist returned the pre-examination slip and it was over.
* It will be called when "→", so you can wait until then. Rather, it seems to be difficult for all the people who came to the hospital to concentrate on one receptionist, so I think that's what makes me angry. I thought (Is there any other office worker? But I can't handle it ...)
Oh Also, it is much faster to write the pre-examination slip at home except where it is unknown.
