先生やリハビリのスタッフはとても良い対応ですが、受付が最悪。
保険関係の書類の記入を依頼すると1週間かかるので◯日に来てくださいと言われ、指定の日に来るとまだできていないと言われた。
指定の日に来たのに何故できていないのかと聞くと◯日中にできると言ったので今日できますという訳のわからない揚げ足取りとめんどくさそうな態度をされた。
呆れていると先生に相談してきますと15分待たされ、急いで先生に記入してもらいましたと書類を渡してきた。
こんなに行くのを後悔した病院は初めてでした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ヘルニアで、他の病院をたらい回しにされ、ブロック注射をしてもらったりしたものの全く改善せず、一ヶ月近く起き上がる事もままならない状態でこちらに駆け込みました。先生はとても親身にお話を聞いて下さり、ブロック注射を何パターンか打っていただいたところ(一回では効かなかったので)、帰る頃には立ち上がれるまでになり、本当にびっくりしました。先生がとても親しみやすくにこやかなのも、病院嫌いな私にはとてもありがたかったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初診でしたが、電話対応、看護師達の各対応は、良いです。日曜だったので、多少の混雑は、あります。混み具合によっては、受付を、断られる事もあり。早めの行動を。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 看護婦の態度と対応悪くてもう来ないと思う。
次診察ですって言われてから次から次へと違う人が呼ばれてどんな理由で抜かされて待たされてるのかなんの説明もなしで患者を不安にさせてるの分かってない気がする。今回は祖母の付き添いで来たけど、祖母がすごく不安になってて可哀想だった。

言い方がな。
キッツくて本当に無理。
先生は痛みとかしっかり見てくれるし優しい話し方でペインクリニックもとても助かるけど、本当に受付の太った女性2人ともな。
一瞬でイラッとさせる言葉をあんだけよく平気でできるもんだな。
自覚とか全くないんだろうな。

ペインクリニックの名医としても名を轟かせておられて、かつリハビリ設備も充実しておりますので、日々感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。
人気の病院の運命で混み合いますが、比較的待ち時間の少ない曜日や時間も参考として教えて頂けると思いますよ。
私のお勧めの先生と病院です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ものすごく親身に話を聞いてくださります。痛みの原因もちゃんと考えてくださり、今後の過程もちゃんと説明してくだります。
ただ、1つ。先生以外のレントゲン、リハビリの男性陣がやる気のない態度でいつ行っても笑顔もなくタラタラとしていて不快になります。レントゲンは痛みがあって行くのであって力強く押されたり引っ張られたりしたら痛いので訴えるとすみませんもなくぶっきらぼうに声がけもなく動かされます。痛いので通いたいのですがレントゲン撮るよと言われるのが苦痛でなかなか行けません。受付の方もリハビリの女性の方も普通に気持ちよく対応してくださるので 本当にガッカリです･･･

いつからか、とってもポップに？軽快に返事をしてくださるようになって、通院も苦じゃなくなりましたよ。お大事に！って。分からないこと聞いても同一人物！？っていうくらい優しく丁寧に的確に教えてくれます。
