本当は☆一つも付けなくないくらいです。
母が事故に遭い、診察に向けて事前にレントゲン撮りましたが、何故かレントゲン室から響く看護師さんの笑い声？
真っ青な顔で戻って来た母は落ち込んだ状態で無言でした。
激痛で立ち上がれない母を車椅子で連れて行きましたが、以前にも腰を骨折した事があると説明した事で単なる打撲だろうから湿布して1週間は安静にとの診断でした。
帰宅後、話を聞くとレントゲンを撮る際に台に乗るのにまともに立ち上がれない母の脇腹を二人掛かりで掴んで痛がる母を嘲笑いながら、レントゲン台に無理やり乗せらたそうです。
挙げ句の果てには、1週間安静にしてても痛がってトイレすら行けず、流石におかしいと近隣の神経内科を訪ねると恐らく骨折だろうとの診断。
きちんと治療した方がいいからと近隣の大学病院の紹介状を貰い、改めて腰椎の圧迫骨折だと発覚しました。
病室さえ空いてたら入院レベルと知らされビックリしました。
看護師も最悪ですが、誤診された事も最悪です！
あんな病院絶対行くもんじゃない！

After all, even if I rested for a week, I couldn't even go to the bathroom because of pain, and when I visited a nearby neurology department, I was diagnosed as having a broken bone.
I received a letter of introduction from a nearby university hospital because I should treat it properly, and I discovered that it was a compression fracture of the lumbar spine.
I was surprised to be informed that I was hospitalized if the hospital room was vacant.
The nurses are the worst, but the misdiagnosis is also the worst!
You should never go to such a hospital!

MRIが無いから、他の病院でまた新患料金を取られてしまいます。
また、全身麻酔の手術が必要らしく、他の病院にまた移ります。
初見で手術が必要と判断したなら、その時に他の病院を紹介して欲しかったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ギックリ腰？で診てもらいに行ったのですけど、診察受付時間内に受付したのに昼休憩入るからレントゲン撮影出来ないと言われました。
だったら、受付時間をもっと早く終わらせるとかした方が良いのでは？
午後に来て貰うとか、方法はいくらでもあるのには次回撮影しますじゃ原因なんて判らなくなると思うけど？
こんな対応されるとお勧めなんて出来ません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付の対応が悪すぎてもう二度と行かない。14歳の子供が膝を骨折したのに車椅子を貸してくれない。いくら説明しても駐車場から抱えて連れて来るように言われました。見るに見かねた待合室の患者さん達が助けてくれて何とか待合室に入りましたが子供を抱えて連れてくるように言った受付は絶対意地悪としか思えなかった。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 率直に、評判が高低真っ二つに別れているのが良く分かりました。
受付対応はイマイチです、看護士さんは当たりハズレがありました、先生は頼りになりそうですが、古きよきなタイプに感じました。
患者の話をじっくり聞くより診察優先、ご年配の対応に慣れいる反面若い人だと相手を選ぶかな？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 私が診察を受けたのは数年前ですが、皆さんの口コミを見て、やはり変わってないんだなと思いました。
私は交通事故でムチウチになり受診したのですが、診察結果よりも交通事故の相手を物損か人身かどちらで届けるかを熱弁しだし、私がもうそれは決めてる旨を伝えると何故か怒り出す始末。
事故の届は警察とやりとりしてるので、ここの医者にとやかく言われる筋合いは無い。
それよりもムチウチを治して欲しい。
看護士が「先生は交通事故の後遺症？怪我？の研究に特化してるので、ここで診てもらえて良かったですね～」などと言っていたが、「は？」って感じです。
交通事故に詳しいということは、届出の種類によって、自分がもらえる金額が異なるからあんな熱くなったのかと勘ぐってしまい、1度の受診のみで二度と行っていません。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 人身事故で一度通院したっきり通院やめました。待合室で患者さんが待っているのにも関わらず、受付と看護師が今日の夜ご飯の話しです。あり得ません！医師と話してるのに関わらず、看護師がなぜか話を割ってくるしまつ、私は病院変えました。

看護師？のおばちゃんの話し方が友達と喋るような感じで正直引いた。
あと受け付けの対応が悪いと思う。
看板見て11時半ぐらいに行ったら
「午前の受け付け終わりました」と言われ
「看板に12時って書いてありましたよ？」と聞いたら
手書きの営業時間表みたいなの指差して
「いやここに書いてあるんで」って言われたわ…
営業時間変わったなら看板とかも修正した方がいいんじゃないの？
こんな雑な営業してる所に体預けるのは無理。
