I feel that the number of regulars will decrease if the taste is so different.

池	池田和也 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新潟市南区、国道８号線沿いにあるラーメン屋さん最近は不定期の営業なのか、店の前を通っても営業していない事が多く、年単位で久しぶりに来ましたね。お店は食券制、今日は夕方早い時間に来たので空いていますね。店内は木が基調で、小上がり、テーブル、カウンターと良い感じの造り。オーダーはマーボーめん大盛! 半ライスが付くのは嬉しいサービスですよね。大量の長ネギと、そこにかかる山椒。ふわりと山椒の香りがします。さて、まずマーボーのかかっていない部分から掬ってスープを一口。おおっ・・・ベースの魚介系スープうんめぇ。お次はマーボー。豆腐大きめに崩したものがゴロゴロ入ってる。ボリュームたっぷりで良い感じ。辛さは選べるようですが、普通をオーダーしたら辛さはそんなになく大分マイルドに旨い。豆腐だけでなく、チャーシューやキクラゲ、油揚げも入っているようです。油揚げが入ったマーボーは新鮮ですね。マーボーを吸っていて旨い。そして麺もいただきます。麺は細麺。とろみのあるマーボーがよく絡んで旨い。ライスが付いてるので、マーボーオンザライス!!! 間違いのない旨さ・・・!!
