私もこのお店の被害者でして、納車がかなり遅く3ヶ月以上放置。こちらから何度催促しても放置。こういう状況なのでお店に直接伺い納車のキャンセルを申し出ましたが、渡辺社長から「納車遅いのは認めるが、キャンセルは絶対に応じられないからね!」と開き直りのお言葉。しまいには「なんなら裏で話するか?あっ?」と恫喝される始末。結局その日はキャンセルできないと判断し、一旦退却しました。 後日消費者センターやJUに相談してアドバイスをもらい、再度このお店に足を運び、なんとかキャンセルと全額返金(ただしキャンセル料5万円はとられる)を応じてもらえました。当時車両代全額支払ってしまったため、全額返ってくるのか不安で不安でなりませんでした。 私はなんとかキャンセルできましたが、かなりの時間・労力・精神力を奪われました。消費者センターやJUは揉め事を主導で解決はしてくれず、あくまでも相談に応じるだけの組織です。こういった交渉事は自分だけで行わなくてはなりません。私のような被害者がこれ以上生まないよう願い、ここに記した次第です。

先日車を購入。 当初は分割にするつもりで契約しましたが、完済後の名義変更やインテリジェンスキーのスペア(数万円)も必要との事でしたので現金購入しました。 購入した車の年数が年数だけに外装のヤレ感や小傷は仕方ありませんが、CVTフルードやオイル漏れも全く無いとは言えませんが(下廻り自己確認)年式の割には綺麗な方でした。 12万キロ超えと言う事でCVTフルードの交換歴を確認した所『無し』という回答でしたので、これは自ガレージでオイルパンを取り外しチェンジャーを使い交換洗浄予定。 バッテリーは新品に載せ替えてもらったのは良いのですが、アイストバッテリーではなく普通のAmazon激安品でしたので、これは数日後にアイスト用バッテリーに即交換しました。 自ガレージで点検する前に1週間ほど『どんなものか』と乗り回してみましたが、ブレーキを除いては特に違和感なく使えました。 車の年式、走行距離を考慮すると相場価格より高めでしたが、購入後の自メンテが少なそうなので結果オーライでしたね! あとは… こちらのお店は提携工場で整備をされていますが『自動車整備振興会』に加盟されてないので『法的点検ステッカー』はありません。 車検や点検時には整備書類を貰えますが決して『鵜呑み』には出来ません。 高年式車を狙うなら話は別ですが、金銭的な事で低年式や過走行を狙わざるを得ない場合はある程度は自分でメンテや確認が出来る、または購入後に取り引きのある整備工場やディーラーに出せるかどうか… いくら『整備渡しです』と言われても車は機械なので当たり外れもあります。 安価な車に手を出したら後日しっかりとメンテする! これは中古車を購入するにあたっての鉄則ですし、全てのトラブルを購入店に擦りつけるのはどうかと… 数万円の車なら別ですが、少なくとも30日または1000キロの部分保証があるので。 後、特筆したいのが『自社分割』ですが… ホムペには頭金◯◯万円で残は3〜4回払いと指定されている風に記載してありますが、そこはマルチに対応してくれます。 新社会人となる方々が自分で支払いしたい! けど頭金が… 相談に乗ってくれるハズですよ!
