★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 運動の為に週2～3回、昼間に行ってます。常連のジジババが、我が物顔でプールを陣取って歩いている。子供がたまに足をバタつかせて水飛沫が上がると、露骨に嫌な顔をする。何様よ、って感じ。私は運動と割りきってるのでよいが、楽しみにして行く所ではないと思う。
 I go there 2-3 times a week in the daytime for exercise. A regular Jijibaba is walking around the pool with his own face. When a child occasionally flutters his feet and splashes of water, he makes a blatantly disgusting face. What are you feeling? I think it's good because I divide it into exercise, but I don't think it's a place to look forward to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ まず、リーズナブルな料金に感謝?
流れるプールとスパ（水着着用）のあとに裸で入る普通のお風呂（サウナもあり）も利用して500円。
伺ったのは平日の夕方。
地元の元気なシニアの方々で賑わっていました。
お喋りしながら流れるプールで歩いてるお姉さま方、黙々とウォーキングするお兄さま、圧の強いジェット水流のところから動かないお姉さま等...とても平和な雰囲気でした。
裸で入るお風呂は小さめ、サウナ室も小さめながら、お尻に敷くビート板みたいなマットも水風呂もある。
サウナ後の休憩するスペースが無いからお風呂の縁で体育座り?
でもこの料金でこれだけの施設を使えて健康になれるなら文句なし。
欲を言えば...ちゃんと泳げる25メートルプールが3レーンほどで良いので流れるプールの隣にあったら嬉しいかな。
そしたら値上げしても通う！

There is no space to rest after the sauna, so sit down at the edge of the bath ?
But if you can use such facilities and get healthy at this price, there is no complaint.
Speaking of greed ... A 25-meter pool where you can swim properly should be about 3 lanes, so it would be nice if it was next to the flowing pool.
Then even if you raise the price, you can go!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 常連には笑顔でペコペコ挨拶し、ちょっとでも騒ぐ子どもを目の敵にするスタッフ。『ここのプールは泳ぐことも歩くことも出来ます』とプールサイドに掲示があるが、子どもがちょっとでもバタ足をすると、睨みつける老人たち。
サウナに入れば常連が幅を効かせて、何かとイチャモンをつける親父たち。深いジャグジーのプールも常連が密になって話し混んで占領している。
会員制の高級プールではなく、市民のためのプールのはずが、利用するたびに嫌な思いをする施設。今も昔も状況は変わらず?

常連の爺さん達が本当に嫌です。
サウナでほんのちょっとでも水滴がついていたら注意してくるくせに、自分達は汗も流さずそのまま水風呂。そして大声で談笑。
自分達のダサくて恥ずかしいルールを押しつけるなよ…
いいとこなのに残念です。
ちょいちょい通っていましたが、それが嫌でしばらく通っていません。本当に残念。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 流れるプール・幼児プールなど有ります。駐車場有り・靴ロッカー無料・更衣室ロッカー無料・休憩室有り。お風呂もプール入場料に含まれてるので500円でプールとお風呂が使えます。プールの水は暖かい方だと思います。25ｍプール無し。
There are flowing pools and infant pools. There is a parking lot, free shoe lockers, free changing room lockers, and a rest room. The bath is included in the pool entrance fee, so you can use the pool and bath for 500 yen. I think the water in the pool is warm. There is no 25m pool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Since our 4-year old was 2 the only thing she wanted to do when she was in Niigata was "POOL!" It is not the place for practicing your lap times, but if you have kids this is a good option. The ofuru is an added bonus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 500 yen for walking pool and bath, no limited time. So cheap and stuff are nice. You need to bring a swimsuit and towel for pool, no cap are required. There are some jacuzzi next to the pool, so you can warm up your body after pool. ( The water in the pool is warm enough) there is a bath tub and sauna room with shower on the same level of locker room, you need to take off your swim suit to get inside. This facility has second floor, there is a big room for rest ( tatami ) , and some vending machines including food.
They have some yoga and Pilates program, which is also cheap.
Public WiFi, big parking, shose lockers, a restaurant, massage. It's great for everyone who wants to relax, working out and children. But you need a car to get there.
