蕎麦は…書けません。つゆは鰹も昆布も醤油も…書けません。ワタシには合いませんでした。
蕎麦のしめ方があまいせいでヌメりが残っており、すすった時に茹でつゆを感じました。茹で加減はとても柔らかかった。
