★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチでミックスフライ定食頼みました。エビフライ２本と小さめなサーモンフライ２個と小鉢、漬物、ご飯、味噌汁付きで１１８０。ちょっと高いかな。
でも、入り口にあるビールや日本酒が半額で安かったです❗
I ordered a mixed fried set meal for lunch. 1180 with 2 fried shrimp, 2 small salmon fried, small bowl, pickles, rice and miso soup. It's a bit expensive, is not it.
But the beer and sake at the entrance was cheap at half price ❗

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今回は角煮定食とエビフライ定食をいただきました。ここはお刺身、フライ、焼き魚、煮物、どれも美味しいです。ボリュームもあり定期的に通ってます。
This time, I had a Kakuni set meal and a fried shrimp set meal. Sashimi, fried fish, grilled fish and simmered dishes are all delicious here. There is also volume and I go there regularly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 折角弘前に来たのだから、何か弘前名物を食べようかと探したものの、これと言った名物を探せず車を走らせている最中に見つけた"津軽そば"のノボリ。
小ぢんまりとしたお店と思いきや、中は奥行きがありかなり広い作りになっていた。ねぷた絵のある綺麗な奥の座敷もゆったりとしており、この時節には丁度良い作り。
ランチメニューを見て決めた鰻丼と山菜そば(津軽そば)のセットはかなりお得感あり、同行者が頼んだ他のメニューも美味しそう。鰻丼は安定の旨さ、期待した津軽そばはかなり柔らかく、舌で噛み切れる感じ。茹で過ぎ？いやそもそもこれが津軽そばなのかーと、少々不満だったが、鰻丼に付いた汁物だと思えばなんて事はない。それでもかなりお得なお値段、ご馳走様でした。
Since I came to Hirosaki, I searched for something to eat Hirosaki's specialty, but I found "Tsugaru soba" while driving without looking for such a specialty.
I thought it was a small shop, but the inside was deep and quite wide. The beautiful back room with a neputa picture is also spacious, and it is just right for this season.
The set of eel bowl and edible wild plants soba (Tsugaru soba) that I decided by looking at the lunch menu is quite profitable, and the other menus that my companion ordered are also delicious. The eel bowl is stable, and the expected Tsugaru soba is quite soft, and it feels like it can be bitten by the tongue. Is it too boiled? I was a little dissatisfied with the fact that this was Tsugaru soba in the first place, but I don't think it's the soup that comes with the eel bowl. Still, it was a very good price and a treat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久しぶりに食べに来ました。味ボリュームとものよく美味しくいただきました。ただ個室の空気の入れ替えなんかがあって直接空気の流れる導線場の席にいた私達家族は寒かった。あと食後のドリンク無くなったのは残念でならない。良いサービスだったのになー！
I came to eat after a long time. It was delicious with a good volume of taste. However, it was cold for our family who were seated in the conductor where the air flowed directly due to the replacement of air in the private room. It's a pity that the drinks after meals are gone. It was a good service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bit far from Hirosaki station but they serve great food ! (Take taxi cost around 700yen from the station)
I recommend Kiritanpo hotpot(maybe only night time..) !! You will find nice hirosaki soy sauce taste !! Owner and staff are very friendly. Great hospitality here. It feels upscale but is very relaxed , just renovated.
